I have not had any issues with doing so, and I do try to get around the head. I should also talk about releasing agents, but have not run into any issues with that either.
@@CustomFiguresGuy3flooding with the silicone will get a more even and clean cast. If you pour on the part it leaves chances of bubbles. I use baby powder for release. Using a release will keep your mold from breaking down and youll get more pulls out of it.
