What is the name if the road you are on? Also, where is this lake?

Hello, this is in the Cloud Peak Wilderness area of the Bighorn National Forest. You enter the mountains from the town of Sheridan. There are 2 reservoirs in that area and those are the lakes in the video. It’s stunningly beautiful up there.
