X23 is still a 100lbs girl, with regular human level strength for her size. Just hold her down, tie her up and you're done. ..... easy. I'm not getting anywhere near Wolverine. 300lbs of pure punishment right there.
Well the wolverine (the actual animal) doesn't surpass 44lbs of weight, and still fights and kills black bears, wolves and moose, so I wouldn't count her size as a disadvantage. Plus, her mutation gives her an edge because she's at peak physical ability at all times (same as Logan), regular humans her size have nowhere near her level of physicality. Think of it as olympic athletes with the same weight and size of a normal person

Although some people have surmised that wolverines could attack a bear's jugular vein and tear it open to kill it, that's very unlikely. .... a wolverine probably has as much of a chance of killing a bear as a human with a sword does.

Wolverine was putting up a RESPECTABLE fight against world breaker Hulk while Laura got wrecked. Laura is Marvel's attempt at trying to lure female audience. Wolverine would absolutely wreck her if he fought with the intent to kill.

I like em too, but I find some of the points made overly repetitive. Pulls me out of some of them. "Laura is a host of the uni-power and heir to the uni-power, sought out past hosts to help defend the enigma force,...,so worked with past hosts to defend the enigma force,...., heir to the uni-power." Enough can be said far less repetively, and there's a lot more interesting about that encounter they could have used it they needed filler for length. Still like it though.

Great video-just to say X23 could never beat Wolverine in a fair fight, he would rip her apart, but he didn’t because she’s his daughter.. she is powerful and has the healing and can move faster as not weighed down the adamantium, but it would not matter, he is a killing machine and even when dieing he still took out everyone in his path.. X23 should have more films and is a great character, but they should not have killed off Wolverine, he still could have had more films, maybe he’ll be in her next film, who knows…

@Energyone I have my own versions of superheroes that I prefer, combined with what other artists have done. For example, my fave wolverine costume is the one designed by Alex Ross. Completely black, with a big X across his body. Google it. There are only a couple of sketches, nothing else. But in my opinion, the greatest design.

Calm down killer, her debut was waaay before the Axel Alonso woke era of Marvel and she has her fair share of great moments. In the comics she isn't written as Wolverine is, she did take up the mantle and the writing was fairly good. She's still feminine and deadly, and much more relatable to her peirs than Logan is with his. More like a Nightwing to Logan's Batman. ..... She's one of the good ones(better written female character in this case).... not some marysue.

wolverines evolution didnt stop because of the adamentium that was only thought by mcoy and james hudson the reason why wolverie regressed into a wilder animal man is because duo to magneto ripping the adamantium from him was a big trauma and duo to tragidies in his life right after that happened he kind of gave up holding the animal back so he let the animal take over and that caused his physical regression it had nothing to do with mutation or his adamantium removal in a direct cause sense. whe stick helped him gain his will and controle back he bcme his old self again while stil having his bones and that proves it wasnt duo to the adamentium

In the Marvel Universe, there is a distinction between Mutants and Mutates. Mutants are individuals born with the X-gene which grants them their abilities. Mutates, like Spiderman, gain their abilities through external factors. Peter is *not* a Mutant, but a Mutate, because he gained his powers from a bite by a irradiated spider, which drastically changed his DNA to be more spider-like. Mutants, like Logan and X23, are born with their abilities.
X-23 isn't more powerful, she's just immune to plot armor. Her body doesn't have to compensate for having an Adamantium skeleton for added strength The foot claw can be attributed to the fact she isn't an exact clone of her father. All the power-ups are just a joke to ruin the legacy of predecessor characters like with Miles Morales.

At what time she got the metal claws? In the Logan movie she was just a child and had the metal. These claws would not grow as her body does. Adamantium skeleton would be problematic too. Wolverine got is coating when he was a grown man. I like the character, but its has its flaws, including the tiny footclaw. This thing would not fit ion her bonestucture. Comics, i gues.
X23 was never Logan 's clone. Sarah Kinney's DNA was always in Laura since her introduction. Logans dna sample was so damaged that sarah used her own to complete it. That wasnt a retcon because that was always the case. X23 was called a clone when she really never was NOT.
That's not even true. If you understood genetics, you'd know, Sarah was a womb for Laura. Hence, Sarah's DNA was part of Laura's.. because she was born not in a test tube

The dna of wolverine was so damaged they could not clone it. Laura used her dna to complete the sample making Laura and her sisters.

You want to beat X-23 or Wolverine? Get an giant adamantium magnet. The size of the magnets that are in car junkyards. Adamantium is hard to get but not impossible and since adamantium can't cut itself, that is the ultimate way to defeat X-23 and Wolverine.

X-23 has all the same powers wolverine has. Nothing new. Also, she was not created for that cartoon. She was in the comics well before that cartoon came out
2 things: 1. If she is her daughter then that means they either had sex or the mother was artificially inseminated. If wolverine's sperm wasn't used but rather his DNA from other cells, then that would probably still be considered a form of cloning. 2. Her claws are sharper than human bones? Human bones arent sharp, so of course theyre sharper. That doesn't make sense. Or are they meaning to say that if you sharpen a human bone as sharp as possible, down to a 1-molecule edge, then it may occur that the edge could end up being hydroxyapatite, which contains hydrogen atoms. Since hydrogen atoms have 1 electron, hydrogen would end up on the outer edge of a molecule, meaning the very edge of that sharpened bone could very well be a hydrogen atom, which would make human bone sharper than adamantium. This is because since all the elements on the periodic table have been identified, adamantium would have to have a higher atomic number than the heaviest known element, as each element is identified by the number of protons it has. Adamantium would then have to be a heavy element. Heavier than plutonium. Heavier and bigger, due to all those protons it's composed of. Nah. Wolverine has strength and experience. And that added weight could pin her down. He's also a man, and men are naturally faster and stronger than women. A 200 pound man can outrun(and def. overpower) a 120 lbs woman.
@Keith Cheng they still have to follow real life laws. Thats why their body structure is still similar to ours. Thats why the males look much more massive and bigger than females, therefore physical feats should apply.
I do like X-23! What's wrong with all of the writing of Marvel's female characters now is they seem disingenuous and forced upon! Overwritten and boring. Reading comics should be enjoyable.No matter what the characters gender, race,or sexual preference!

It's already been proven that her claws work better than Wolverine's. Her having only two claws on her hands provides a lot less resistance going through objects than Woverine's three. And that doesn't even take into account the claws on her feet.
Wolverine can control how many claws he is using and since he has way to much muscle mass compared to his skinny daughter he'll have less resistance despite Laura having 66.67% of his claws.
They took it from female big cats I believe. Considering they aren’t very long you can probably BS a decent reason they could work. Anyways, even with Wolverine, his claws couldn’t be thicker than bone claws seen in the movies. Don’t see you complaining about that.
Her foot would just need to be pointed away so it aligned with her lower leg.. just like the back of her and Logan's hand need to be aligned with the forearm.
@@GilbyMinaj Incorrect. Wolverine can rotate his radius and ulna while his claws are retracted because there's only two bones in a forearm. Now, if X-23 has a solid claw inside her foot, it would either be shorter than her big toe, or it would stop the movement of metatarsals and cuineforms.

Her healing factor and clawed feet gives her more versatility, but a guy with centuries of experiences don't need these advantages when he knows about battle. The answer is no, she got a lot of potential but no. Modern writers will want to push her more but comics fans already know the answer.

Like a classic car a newer version may be lighter faster and more fuel-efficient If they were to cross paths On a bad road the classic car would plow through a new car like paper mache. Oh BS! How can the foot claws work? The claws would have to be hidden from the the ankles, going up her lower legs but when extended, she would be unable to walk or run! As well, Wolverine and X23 would also have much bigger wrists and ankles since the blades would have to go thru them ( not just the skin)! Look at the size of the bone claws, or blades…. This sure would change your arms/legs shapes!
