He's very passionate about his music as all who have a brain and are from earth see and he says things that are very valid and all they can say is "I don't like your attitude" or "you're being disrespectful". He was very goal oriented (winning) and passionate but he had too many demons to fight. The judges ( giving false advice so their team can win) bloggers( wanting Chris to win) and some of the contestants (stacy francis) that's a lot for anyone. Then Simon constantly saying he's arrogant and bloggers agreeing and posting that. It was getting sickening.

he was mad because he was put in the bottom as a warning. Astro was told not to wear his dre headphones because xfactor is sponsored by sony but he refused. they put him in the botton and after that he wore sony headphones. he acted like any other kid that has been wronged would act. thats why when he left he gave a warning to the viewers ON AIR telling them that their was behind the scenes stuff he couldnt explain. thumbs up so people could see.
His first song he auditioned with, written with his own original lyrics, he was beyond adult-like and said "I haven't shed a tear yet." Grow up, this music shit is for the adults.

You don't realize the fustration he must've felt, he was SO much better than the other contestants, but because the hip hop he wanted to do wasn't viable he had to do a watered down version of the real shit he has.
It was his choice to go on a show where the whole point is for millions of people to watch and judge you. It's up to him as a performer (or potential performer) to look above that and do what he's being paid to do...
Astro, I know and like every parent does @ age 10-17, children are more arrogant, rebellios and it takes patient to control them. Those guys missed it, if you want a child of that age to understand your message, you don't talk the way Simon Cowell did. Astro is but a child, and he couldn't control is emotion thus brake down in tears.

You clearly never saw that season of X Factor, Astro was leaps and bounds ahead of everyone there in terms of being a future huge star and showing artistry and he was 14, all of his performances were the best each week before he was eliminated. He was eliminated solely because of this because the voters on these shows vote like idiots often and Astro was 100% right, he shouldn't of been there.
People are coming down on Simon for lecturing Astro but I'm sure that is probably the first time in Astro's life that somebody said anything to him about his attitude. So you "new age" parents, you need to start saying something to your kids about their behavior and attitude while they are still young because it will be embarrassing when they get older.

Astro is not cut out for the music business. His attitude sucks and this shows if he doesn't get his way, he's going to throw a tantrum. He needs to grow up and get an education. Maybe then he might be able to do something in the music business.

The masses want youth in front of them. Or, an inability to choose his friends wisely or handle money. All things that could lead to his self-destruction. He's young yes, but he's old enough to be trained how to behave.
