good call buy a rc that fits your driving style so your not disappointed I have the XRT too and they are both great the XRT handles a bit better but is just as capable as the Xmaxx enjoy
They are fast! Way faster than what I grew up with. I did the video on the Hotshot its a model rc car I built I did actually build one recently 😁 not as much fun as I remembered though lol its a nice car.
It’s actually a 1/6 Scale not a 1/8 , the smaller Maxx is a 1/10 Scale , the small rubber piece goes into the rear bulk head ,the front of the Truck has one already, the one in the bag is for the rear , the Wheelie bar blocks it , so you don’t need it , Have fun with it !
Do you mean the ultimate? I am still happy with mine I haven't broken anything on it just one leaky shock. I have no plans on getting another one I have a XRT as well I am good. I would consider one if they fixed the body popping off and reinforced it so the back half didn't bend up other than that its solid I am happy with mine.
I now have a Rustler 4x4 VXL and I've been thinking of buying an X MAXX 8S soon! What do you think of the car now that you have more experience with it? Has the X MAXX worked well and has there been a lot of broken parts? 0:23
Its been solid I had to rebuild a leaky shock and thats been it. I jump it usually no more than 6ft high the extreme bashers launching them might break a thing or two for me its been solid fun to drive at full speed and rip through the dirt
Hard to go wrong with the X Maxx it can handle about any terrain. It has a lot os suspension for jumps. The Xrt is cool as well its a bit lower so cant clear as much its fast if you like to rip around in a dirt field its a bit more stable. I have the outcasr 8s its fun very powerful it does wheelies for days but its heavy I have bent axles with it. For a little less the Sledge is a beast as well I think its actually faster than all of them and its 6s little cheaper on the batteries and cost to buy I do enjoy it a lot as well.

no problem your English is fine no worries. You dont have to have the biggest most expensive rc to have fun. I have the Kyosho madvan its fast and fun but not really a jumper I also have the traxxas Rustler VXL its fast and lot of fun very solid rc as well. Just as long as your having fun thats all that matters
I have not timed it but the videos I shoot I would say 15 minutes probably 20 and thats on the Traxxas batteries 5700 mah you can modify the battery trays to take straps and run bigger if you need more run time
Dont know my guess would be to save on shipping costs they can shrink the box down if the tires are off. That's interesting I did not know they changed it

No problem I have had mine almost 2 years now and shipping has gone crazy so I guess it was cheaper to remake the box but it sure is nice not having to put them on. Thank you for watching I hope you subscribe follow along I have the XRT also and a whole bunch of other rc's
You do know that you could program the ECS to different settings for your throttle control you’re breaking your steering. And yes that is definitely a big truck I think the size is what stopped me from find one but I am a Arma type person. Don’t really care too much for Traxxas
Definitely with the Bluetooth module I can easily change a lot of parameters. I am not a fan of anything as of yet Traxxas has my attention I like the products. I did look at the Arrma Kraton initially didn't want to spend that much so I got the rustler now I am hooked 😳 these new cars are so fast and capable
@@L2theWcarscoffeelife yeah if I ever get back down that way or you ever come back up this way I’ll let you take my big rock for a spin I think you’ll be hooked on the speed side of it once you get to drive it. And I even still bash it jump it flip it drive the crap out of the thing. You should try to take your ex Maxx and try to do a backflip with it off a parking curb

So it came. And it doesn't work. The ESC flashes red and the truck is unresponsive as soon as it gets more than 30 feet away from me. Furious doesn't even begin to cover it.
I had a broke receiver on my Sledge they cut the antenna wire during manufacturing so it was limited in range I contacted Traxxas they got a new one out to me. I have 4 vehicles not one problem with the esc. That sucks hopefully they get it fixed quickly for you
@@samfletcher93the esc on my xrt was doa brand new from the box. I was so pissed. Brand new and charge the lipos and put them in and the esc wouldn’t even turn on. Replaced it with a max 6 esc and sold the replacement Traxxas sent me.
