Capcom really made the Marvel world, look and sound like I had always imagined. I remember drawing X-MEN characters a lot, and said if I ever was in charge of an animation, I'd definitely have music and sound, done by the Capcom team. That 90's fighting game music, was just and still is so badass.
@@edwardgaines6561 Yeah, I had actually stopped for 3 years, after a friend died. He was actually working on a project with me. Designs for a game, based on a comic I drew in school. Recently been inspired to get back into it, and finish it. In 2017 I had created the main character as my avatar in Final Fantasy XV, it was awesome and weird seeing the character in a game, looking so close to how I drew him. The weirdest was when I drew a more realistic sketch of him weeks ago, and had an AI program color it up, and showed me what he'd look like if real, that freaked me out, because the character, was originally an imaginary friend I created as a child, that scared the hell out of my parents 😆
@@edwardgaines6561 I'm doing this thing now, where I post whatever I am working on, whenever one of my favorite tracks come up on my playlist lol. I wanna see what that looks like years from today. This is a sketch of the main character's portrait. I have to do more of them for the little game. i.imgur.com/n8yAbsc.jpg
@@A_reasonable_individual42 Hey thanks! I have to finish re-designing his weapons and all. Way back in high school my friends and I made a game based on the comic, which was heavily influenced by Chrono Trigger gameplay-wise. No time travel, you just traveled different planets. I think if I did an RPG of it today, I would like it to play more like Dragon's Dogma, but the first game will be kept more simple I think.. We jokingly describe it as Elden Ring, Final Fantasy, Metroid and Castlevania all mixed into one lol.
Her dialogue in the cartoon was memorable, though. "I Storm, Mistress of the Elements, command you to release that girl! Halle Berry's Storm barely said anything interesting at all.@edwardgaines6561
@@ArctheLadder Actually, the composer of X2 is Yuki Iwai, who also worked on Marvel Super Heroes. But this game was composed by her husband, Takayuki Iwai, as well as two other composers.
Been looking for this one. Heard it used on a Mugen stage, but it's titled under dbz trunks power up. I couldn't find it because I'd been looking under Dragon Ball games. :(
Tell me about it! I love dis storm theme, x men vs SF! Her theme was still good, but dis 1 better 4 some reason, Dis game was tough 2 beat period, especially magneto lol.... I was young tho, now I would kill dis game easily now!
