Not gonna lie..your so right on the Feel. Sometimes reviewers forget to mention the feel of a figure. I recently purchased the Zeta toys Kronos, and while he is awesome in combine mode. Imo the set is pretty much garbage in Bot mode. They feel so flimsy, floppy and cheap, with like 0 weight that it feels like they came out of a Cereal Box or a Happy meal as a Bonus. Am so use too fanstoys, maketoys, that I was blown away by how cheap they felt. Sorry for the long message. :0)
I just recently jumped ship almost entirely from mainline to go 3p and MPKO, starting my journey through the seasons focusing on the minibots because those were the first transformers I was able to have as a kid. Just got dx9 powerglide, and that rules. MP bumblebee very 2.0, Toro cliffjumper, and Parkour cliffjumper. Other minibots are coming to me soon. I like this bot a lot,...I have the short-packed legacy version,...and that is still pretty nice. But...this looks like it still is better. Might have to consider this, the more I see it. I also really like the accessories and stands that come with some of these manufacturers.

Looks sweet TM! I have only one gripe... the white panels on the feet are where the faction badge goes in alt mode, but would look out of place In robot mode and the same with the “chest”... unless I missed something?! Love the paint though... looks like it would be right at home next to a Fans Toys release!! Thanks again for the great review!!
The white panels on the feet switch round in similar fashion to there Beachcomber figure. So you don't actually see that in bot mode. TM missed that out. I have the original release and I think he's great. One of my favourite figures I own.
I got the zeta one, needed to ship my stack and needed a cheap fig to fill it. Not as metallic as klaatu but it does have a decent paint job. Also not as G1 accurate but looks nice
Lol super funny cause I ordered him and Spoiler two days ago. He was the last one on TF Source and I’m glad I purchased it. Now I don’t feel so bad about missing out on the original release. Great review.
I’m totally late to the party here, but I just got this guy. He is awesome! I had to pay some late tax for sure. You mentioned in your review he would be worth $70, but considering I’ve been seeing him on the aftermarket for $300+ I was very pleased to get him for $200 with shipping.
I think I have the toy world version, it's in storage. But I'm impressed with this guy for all the die cast and heft, it's a wonder it ain't loose at the joints. What season or episode was that with the alien? Anyway ya gotta another good one in da books. Right on brother.
Not sure what is going on, but the response above was for a different comment, I actually don't know which episode the alien was from. I really prefer this guy over the toyworld version, but they both have advantages and disadvantages
@@TMReviews It was an episode were the tentacles was affecting all the autobots, I can't remember, but cosmos was in that episode. The tentacles resemble that, but sorry about the confusion brother.
