Last year, my G90 did that TX all the time thing when the Mic was plugged in. It persisted until I reloaded the firmware again. At first I replaced the cable until I gave up and re-flashed it. Seems like a Xiegu/fake ICOM mic thing.

I was just marking/identifying my mics for yet another "WHY ISN'T THIS WORKING" troubleshooting session... and it works now.

You are doing a great 👍 with your videos on the Xiegu X6100 but I am so glad I returned mine, I definitely would not be happy with all of these changes and firmware updates. Clearly it was not ready to be released but it will be a good radio someday, it’s one of the best looking displays out there. Great job 73 KV5P

@@temporarilyoffline I have been watching all your X6100 videos with great interest. I was considering buying one and I love tweaking Linux stuff but I will wait until Bluetooth & wifi are confirmed to work. I had really bad experience with Radioddity QR20 and I don't want to make the same mistake. QR20 is still new but nobody seems to be buying because of its problems despite its potential.

@@temporarilyoffline It may get better once you and other famous Ham RU-vidrs get it and start making its video. A lot of promised features are missing. You can't turn on/off Bluetooth. The firmware update requires hardware modification. Poor quality control, to name a few.
