The patient in your vignette seems to have polycythemia vera. Therefore, his bone marrow biopsy would show hypercellularity in all cell lines, ie pancytosis. I can't choose an answer from your list though, because the only one that says "hypercellular" also says "panmyelosis." I had never see the word "panmyelosis" until I saw this question, but the definition I found says "panmyelosis" means myelofibrosis in which all cell lines are diminished. If that is true, it is impossible for a bone marrow to be BOTH hypercellular and have panmyelosis.
