It's funny - calling DiRT an arcade racer made me chuckle. Because while it has some arcade elements, it's so much a simulation rally racing game to me that I desperately want the things in it you want to turn off. 🤣I love having my spotters talking to me and telling me about the upcoming turns and dips.

Very true, but for me it’s more arcade than sim - control-wise. As beautiful as Gran Turismo is, and Forza, the control is so precise, whereas I can play this without wanting to scream! 😂 The spotters is one thing, because for me it’s part of the ambient noise. But when they keep blathering before the race and I can’t skip through (unless I’m blind and didn’t know what button to push 😂😂😂). They make me 😜 crazy!

Thank you, Mystacles! Yeah, EDF is a great series. Iron Rain on PS4 is great (and it’s an offshoot from the main franchise), 2025 is great, and EDF 5 is great too (import only for PS4). Great stuff. 😎

Just want to say I loved this video - I found it googling for some interesting backwards compatible games and that's what I got! I'd never heard of Earth Defence Force or Deadfall Adventures and they look great, I also had no idea Arkham Origins was backwards compatible and that's one of my favourite batman games. Also really like the relaxed nature of the video, reminds me of the Classic Games Room channel back in the day. You've earned a sub!

These are all great game choices, and the only game from your list that I own physically is Mirror's Edge, and it's because my friend left it at my house and never came back for it. I've played both Earth Defense Force 2025 and Batman Arkham Origins. I'm gonna try to buy both of them. Other Xbox 360 games that look and play better on Xbox Series X: Call of Duty 2 Bayonetta Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge Final Fantasy XIII Gears of War

Yes!!! Gears! The best upgrade on Series X for me is Rainbow Six Vegas 2. There’s No lag at all now. I have Bayontta on Xbone (the remaster) and still haven’t tried it yet! 😂

Do you have an internet connection? The way it works is that your 360 game acts as a key. Once inserted into the Series X, it downloads the full game from Microsoft’s servers to your Series X. Every time you want to play the game, you sell have to put it into the Series X. Sadly, this is how Xbox made “backwards compatibility” work by downloading the prepared for Series X & Xbox One game. It doesn’t actually read the game from the disc like the 360 would. The Series X will literally say something like “This game requires an update of X.XX GB.” Hope that helps.

@@GAMECLOSET had thé original Xbox 360 but it died because of thé notorious ring of death. When it happend thé 360E just got released in 2013/2014 and got it as a replacement. It is a wonderfull console and is way more superior compared to thé original one❤️.

According to the list I use, yes to both games- you can play them on the 360 but not series x. However, Regeneration has some random light source issues and random crashing. As for Boomstick (which I own) there are no known bugs so play away! 😁😎💜

I understand! I don’t play many sports games, but when I do, I’d love to play my favorites on my Series X or heck even my PS5! There’s some sleepers out there too, like All-Pro Football. Not awesome, but still fun. Xbox got lazy. They could have tons more games backwards compatible, but they just up and quit. It’s sad really.

@YesNo-yl6ws How do I know what? (The question is vague, can you elaborate please?) They did stop adding them, I didn’t say they added more… although I wish they would. And I’m showcasing ones that are backwards compatible. Here’s some and there’s a few that are even better on series X because of performance improvements they made for those games. 😁 And there’s more videos coming showing some great titles coming SOON! @Thierry-ck3fp the name of the game is “FEAR: First Encounter Assault Recon”. I just had some fun with how simplistic the name was because it’s just called “FEAR”. 😁😎 IMO, it’s the Best one of all four FEAR titles.
