Smoove that’s the best speech I’ve heard from you in a while. I completely agree with both you and BG and we need to hold on to exclusives for as long as we can.

The biggest coping mechanism BY FAR are people who claim the Switch is NOT a console. NO OTHER COPE comes even a light-year close.

Yet everything releasing this year is PC day and date. 🤔

I get a kick out of the ponies that say PC gamers 'want' PS games day and date on PC, just because the CoCEO said there wouldn't be for single player games. As a PC gamer myself I couldn't give a sht less.

Rise of the Ronin is actually really good. They've turned their formula into an open-world story-driven RPG. If you liked Wo Long or Nioh or Way of the Samurai, this is an open RPG Love Letter to those games.

I like how you explain it I hate console wars people have different opinions and it's important to give people options as long as you like you're console and you have fun that's what it's really about.

Then there Nintendo. Evergreen titles. Games that constantly sells. That where Sony and Microsoft falls short. No evergreen titles.

BG is 100% right, misery loves company but I'd never say never. Ragnarok isn't even a two year window now. I could care less though. I'm getting it day one regardless and I'll double dip when the PC version hits. I just wish they had some sort of cross save/progression with the PC versions like Xbox does. For Xbox, I don't think putting games day and date on PC was worse than putting their exclusives into Gamepass on day one. That's kinda when the wheels fell off of this whole thing.

I bet you if your community brought the hear to Ms years ago, if you guys got on their shit for releasing a next gen consoles with only last gen games, things would have been different by now. I couldn't disagree more as a gamer i think xbox is the most pro consumer console and game pass is amazing i can careless about profits a trillion dollar company makes because i dont work for microsoft, i only care about what im getting as a gamer. Phil already said when they purchased bathesda that they wont be taking away games that already have a franchise so i dont see why anybody is surprised that doom isnt exclusive when the 1st 2 games were multi plat. Also you guys keep buying into rumors about xbox putting their big 1st party games on the ps5 when that has yet to happen, Phil already said that starfield and indiana jones arent going to the ps5 but yall keep acting like it will. You have been hanging out with too many ps fan boys that it has corrupted your mind. The fact of that matter is that xbox has the best line up this year, the best service and features on a console. The biggest problem with xbox is and always has been their marketing because not enough people know about gamepass outside of the hardcore gamer but hopefully that improves now that we know the next COD is gonna be there day 1.

Finally Smoove thinking like a business / customer / gamer. Sony and Nintendo are Japanese companies that want to make money the right take thing slow and bring quality.

Not playing Ronin because of Wo Long is like not playing Sekiro because Bloodborne exists. The "there can be only one" mentality is pretty dumb in hobbies like this. A game being like another game is NOT a reason to avoid it
