Hey buddy, great video and thanks for the shoutout! As someone who is easily a "hardcore" Gamer you made some really interesting comments. No, having a Xbox Series S does not make anyone a "casual" Gamer, what rubbish, lol. You can play all the same Games as the series X and that includes raytracing. Anyone who thinks a machine with higher specs makes them a "real" Gamer is clearly a child. Your passion for Gaming with the many different conversations we have had over at my child puts you in the hardcore list easily (not that these names matter anyway). Im glad your enjoying your console so much and as you said, when you olay a good looking game is just looks great. It doesnt matter if theres a more visually impressive version out there. You adjust to maybe slightly lower resolution. Thats why I can enjoy my Nintendo Switch even after playing all day on my Super powerful Gaming PC. . Keep up the great work, glad you uploaded this video!!
Hey my friend! No problem, I didn't know if you would mind me doing it, but I felt like in a discussion where I talk about video games it would be a nice opportunity to give you a shout out. Yes, thank you very much. I absolutely agree with you on that, there are many reasons why someone would buy an xbox series s instead of an xbox series x and this argument kind of annoyed me. Yes, that's absolutely right. I don't know if I'm doing justice to what they said, they were trying to "defend" the series s, but still, it's not a good argument and it doesn't take all the elements into account, which annoyed me, so I'm glad you see it that way too. You are right, the Xbox Series S is still quite a beast of a machine, especially considering its price. And yes, that's what I think, we wouldn't have had such interesting conversations if I only played casually, and like you I don't like those terms. I would rather use the term "Passionate", because it is a passion. We may have a great passion for video but only have a certain time to dedicate to it, as well as a budget, but that doesn't make us any less passionate. There is nothing wrong with being a real casual gamer either. Yes, absolutely,as long as the game looks good enough and doesn't lose its charm, I'm fine with it. It's interesting that you mentioned the Switch, I kept taking as an example that I was okay with the way The Witcher 3 looks on the Switch, so I would be fine with the Xbox Series S (Well, it's really the limit there I must admit). The thing with Nintendo is that they focus on the art style, so their games still look amazing despite the less powerful hardware. Thanks man, I'm really happy you watched and commented that video, and you too, keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to our next discussions!
Thanks a lot mate! Yes, I'm sure it's a great console and I think you can keep using it for a few years before having to buy a series x or s. Personally the only other xbox I owned in the past was the 360 which I really loved so the series s was a good way to return to the ecosystem while enjoying my Switch as well.
Hey man ! Very nice video ! You know that i share your vision and that after 6 /7 months of use, I too am still delighted ! Anyway excellent work there :)
Hey man! Thanks a lot for your comment! I'm really happy that you took the time to watch my video! Yes, I fully agree with you, it's a great console! Thanks again for your comment!
@@shanejaredberezowski5467 I wish I was, but I left two months ago. I'm back in Belgium. I would have loved to do that though, let me know if you are having fun with your Xbox. Is it a series s or a series x?
I don't see how series s is for casual gamers when you can play every game the x can and graphics are the same just different resolutions I can tell who own a series s and who don't ..
Yes that's right! It's such a stupid argument and it really annoyed me so I felt I had to talk about it in this video. The games look and play great on the Series S, I don't have to complain and that doesn't make me less a gamer. Do you have a series S yourself?
