Very pleased to have found you. I really like your manner and presentation. You have the right ratio of enthusiasm / calm unlike so many over the top exercise channels. Having heard about the Canadian Airforce exercises years ago, I finally started a few days ago and find it good to follow your video instead of having to refer to my piece of paper!
@@mousehole1 oh yea when I started I could not touch my toes. It has made a huge difference to my flexibility and stamina. Keep on going 8 days each level and you will get fitter soon. 😁
very nice and natural, I love the plunge in Tha nice lake in the end, I'd love to do that myself after finishing my exercise. For now though, I can take a shower at least. Thanks 👍🏽🙂🍀🌻🌷
At 60 I started this yesterday and as I could do more than instructed at level one I filled up the time given with each exercise rather than slow it down a bit and take a more time to do JUST the repeats instructed. I couldn't work out what the best approach was and couldn't find my 'pace'! Thanks to your clear instructions I have returned to the instructions and will slowly build up the exercise as indicated - it felt a bit 'Tai chi' in places which I enjoyed as it gave me time to feel just what the exercise was doing and where the stretch was.

Well I had Christmas break off. Now the weather has turned to constant rain for weeks, so its a good time to start my XBX journey again. Thanks for the videos Clair!
Aww thanks, Myrtle, I don't usually work out there. But the location is so beautiful I had to shoot the video there. Normally I go kayaking, have a picnic and drink wine 🍷 next to that lake. My bed is soft and very comfortable. 😴
