I'd probably just leave them as unlinked slots. Without any armor, there's not really any good skills for any of those slots (both Middleweight Expert and Heavyweight Expert being useless). In theory linking Vendetta from Sharla for slightly higher counter-attack rate could give a marginal advantage, but I'm fairly sure counter-attacks only activate when taking damage so even that doesn't really do anything.
