Xcanche Cenote is a beautiful Cenote near Valladolid in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. We visited many cenotes while staying in Valladolid for a week during our world travel tour and this was one of our favorites. This video will go over how to get there, where it is in the walk-in. Our suggestion is if you can walk a couple kilometers don't have somebody by Q in. It's a beautiful walk through what I feel is the real Yucatan. When you get to the Cenote it's very beautiful, it's an open air lots of sunlight, and you feel like you could spend hours there. There's also zip lines, rope swings and lots of fish. Hopefully this video gives you a good idea of what to expect when you're there. You do have to shower before you get into the Cenote. It was not very expensive I think 50 Mexican pesos per person.. we prefer these open-air cenotes as the caves get dark and depressing after a while haha. That's just our opinion some people might differ. But we thought was really cool as how the water changes colors and the view is always different depending on where the sun is and how much shade there is in the Cenote.
