Would be cool if in a future game they had a feature like alien defectors, and the possibility of getting alien scientists, engineers, and soldiers to join your side. Maybe they could give different bonuses to your facilities where they're assigned, and boost your research when you play a mission to help one escape the aliens' hivemind.
The real question is how good are his regulars if his SPARKS are this OP. It would be extremely difficult to field 6 sparks all at once, not counting their manufacturing cost
eh, honestly after a certain point you can train col+ troops with covert actions that have 20 mobility, +30 aim, +30 dodge, and + 25 hack at least, it would just take time. WoTC is fun
Just pick Sabotage order for subfuction, which reduces Avatar Project each month, and you can play your campaign without any time limits. With cover operations about stealing elyrium corea creating full squad of those robots become really easy
I always used my spark squad as a hammer to smash any mission that I thought was going to be too dangerous to risk actual squad members, that and rescue missions
@@DarK__0.It's a kinda regular missions in War of the Chosen DLC. And yes, you are actually saving your captured soldiers, or soldiers from other factions who got themselves screwed

The best part: there is voice packs of Optimus, Megatron and Soundwave for the spark units. Wants something more memeable? Slap one with Claptrap voice and *chef kiss* perfect.
got this joint on switch and went hard on that DLC without knowing it. I got an EARLY spark and its sweeeet. what makes it sweeter is its deep ominous spanish voice
Just imagine how scary it is to be Advent trooper, just relaxing and then a group of guerrilla robot came in rollin and whoop their entire squad even all that heavy unit
Full squad of Hunter Protocol SPARKS with extended mags is scary, doesn't matter if you spook an enemy pod on your turn, you'd probably kill off half of them without needing to take any actions since it's almost guaranteed each spark will have a free shot at someone, had one mission where I spooked a Sectopod on my turn but it got put down to 3hp before I could even take action since the SPARKS took grievous offence to it trying to walk up to them and hitting every line of sight en-route.
This made me cringe because the way the game was designed it's almost like they didn't want you to use sparks and they sucked up all your resources to make

In the expansion "War of the Chosen", you work with resistance factions and they provide you various kinds of support which you can issue at the end of every month. One of them gives you a chance to get an ADVENT soldier on each mission.
All other commanders: 1st squad go right and initiate a fight, 2nd squad go left and surround the enemy, 3rd squad go on top and rain fire on dem! Asian commanders: all charge through dat one door and attack!
tetsuya no yoroi it's more likely on easy judging from the amount of hp the enemy have. I'm playing on the 3rd difficulty, my enemy all have 2 x the amount of hp show n the video. Plus spark is not that useful, they die too easy and their aiming sxxks compare to others.
tetsuya no yoroi thanks for letting me know. I haven’t touch them in wotc. I just make one which never goes out for Mission. Maybe I should try them out.
given how much the sparks can actually hit the target, and it's probability is arund 50% i say they are playing either on normal or commander, theres no way they can land that many shots. plus, there's too little enemies, only 3 pods. usuales theres like 4 or 5 on that kind of mission.
