that super ! I got 2 65V LD mos transistors some years back. finally just bult a power supply. love that filter network on the output. That transistor can also do 6 meters and 2 meters. I think the gate voltage change AM/SSB . what data sheet calls for. I think for digital modes split the difference. have not gotten that far yet. all I got is the NXP test pallett to start with and still new in box. been busy. hobby last. 73's
this looks like exactly what im wanting to achieve my goal. something like that would go well with my 955 or my 497. would easily get my to my 1kw mark and let me shoot skip and doesnt seem like it would break the bank.
