Thank you very much! This warms my heart, because it was such a beautiful and difficult song to edit. Xena was and will always be one of the most undervalued shows in terms of "emotion delivery". I tried to highlight that: a simple, campy show from the 90s was in fact very very deep and had a beautiful underlying motif that carried it through the years and that makes us, 20+ years later, go back and watch it with newfound emotion. It was an important show, saying that "Yes, two women can love each other more than they ever loved anyone else. They loved each other through time and death" and even though they had obvious limitations, I think they showed it perfectly.

When I think about the level of artistry poured into this show … I'm AMAZED by the commitment of everyone involved on all levels of production. I thought you nailed it, even with all the amazing scenes they shot. I'm VirginiaHensley on ff dot net and DarlingDoRight on Ao3. I haven't written my Xena masterpiece yet but as you showed, this show never ages. It's timeless perfection. Thanks for the reply. xoxo.
