Definitely just echoing what others have said here before, but I must say that this channel is absolutely incredible! I cannot begin to stress how much I appreciate the time and effort you put into these videos. You scratch the very specific itch I have when it comes to WH40k videos. You are the first (and most likely only) channel I will support on Patreon.

The possibility that the Orkish menace was created and not simply born is a troubling one, but not a challenge to our faith. Think upon what it implies: That there were once xenos of sufficient power and scientific ability that they could create the Orks (Though this in and of itself does not indicate that they could come close to His divine power), but they were wildly irresponsible with that power and used it to create something so ruinous. Obviously this proves that only Mankind under Him is fit to rule the stars.

I love this channel soo much. The character of the narrator and the way you approach the lore through his eyes, are just perfect. I know it takes a lot of work, considering you don't just read from the wiki or paraphrase it. Kudos to you!

This is by far the best WH lore channel on you tube. Its done so professionally its hard to believe you are not part of GW offial team of material producers. Suggestion it would be really cool to see videos on the most wanted enemies of the imperium like fabius bile. I think you would be able to translate effectively the complexities with all his subtleties of his chatacter.

I've heard through limited diplomatic involvement with eldar forces refer to the greenskins as "landmines" to fight "our ancient foe". And while their aid was greatly appreciate during that necron attack it left me rather bewildered. " Our ancient foe?" What terrifying implications could that have... I have an idea for when you do a lore video on The Warp. An example for travel, more or less: + Compare a warp-capable vessel to an aircraft. Planes are capable of fast speeds, but are still relatively slow when taking long flights; as they're essentially sub-orbital hops in the atmosphere of the planet, which takes time to get to higher altitudes to attain higher speeds, etc. But let's say if you could attain those speeds at a lower altitude, reducing travel time since less distance needs to be traveled. But aircraft cant fly through the ground or oceans. + Let's say the plane has a machine that produces an air-bubble around the whole craft, with which it can then 'dive' into an ocean safely, still have air for its engines, and fly to another continent in record speeds, because it can travel at cruise speeds at a "lower altitude" for less distance. + But at the same time, the air bubble the craft is producing is still subject to the whims of the ocean currents, so even if it is flying in a specific direction (West for example across the Pacific Ocean), the currents would be flowing south, pushing the craft south as well, comparable to the tides of the Warp swaying stellar craft from their path.

What is more horrific a thought than what need caused the Orks to be created, those beings, they simply abandoned the galaxy to them? or the Orks killed them? Did they simply not foresee a need for a kill switch? The nature of perfection is that it is so easily corrupted to an abomination and forever out of balance with the rest of the cosmos. Orks seem to embody this wholly. Or are Orks, simply put, the living embodiment of entropy?

If i might be so bold brother, a thought to ease your mind to a degree. As we have learned from the Aeldari, a race without struggle will fall and even the empires of Human past have suffered when no enemy was at hand. The Orks are the perfect enemy for Mankind, we can kill them by the planets worth and there will ALWAYS be more. We can create viruses to turn their skeletons to dust and there will be some taht survive. In this way, the Omnissiah (whom you know by his guise as the God-Emperor) has blessed his people with an eternal enemy to ensure we never forget that we must always fight against the Xenos for our rightful place as the sole rulers of the galaxy. Even when all other xenos life has been purged, the Omnissiah's gift of the Orks will still be there to ensure we do not stray from the path. There is further proof of this in that the 'technology' (a term which barely applies to their heaps of spare parts) functions by what seems the be the Humor of the Machine God alone. Your progenitor for this species is the Machine God, and they are to provide the needed stimuli for our own continued existence. As we fight the Orks we learn how better to destroy all other Xenos, and so the Gears of the Great Machine turns. By butchering uncountable trillions of Orks as they send themselves at us in great swarms we come closer to our the will of the Omnissiah. Your disquite is understandable brother, but worry not. The Motive Force, Machine God, and Omnissiah would never allow something so vile as the Orkiod form to exist without a purpose. From my own brief research into the Orks they are the perfect targets for us to fight. In this way we will always have a reason to see the Xenos as foul, and so we will never be tempted to view ANY Xenos as anything but rightful revulsion. And so i give Orks the only thanks we should ever give any Xenos, the gratitude of the Flamer, the Macrocannon, and the Bolter. Truly it is as the Omnissiah wills, and so it shall be. Ave Deus Machina.

Question: Both Orks and Eldar have their origins as complicated old one ‘bioweapons’ during the war in heaven. Why do the Aeldari display markers of evolutionary history where Orks do not, as claimed here?
