6:35 Ok so my theory about this is as follows. They initially don't have any problems bathing with each other because they are inside of Moebius' cycle, they are born as soldiers and have no notion of sex or romantic attraction (probably because Moebius restricted those specific parts of human cognition so they would be just battle machines instead of having families and such) Once they become Ouroboros, they exist outside Moebius' grasp, so I believe they start developing those connections and hormones start kicking in. That's why only some of them start becoming shy for no real reason, but the girls seem fine at first. Much later in the game during Isurd's ascension quest they no longer want to bathe naked together, as they are now shy and awkward, they have become more human and left their soldier days behind. That's how I see it at least.
