Good evening, I just bought it and I'm very happy. But it doesn't turn off completely, the screen is still on even if it hits OFF. How to turn off the screen completely?

This looks superb but wish it had SSB bands too! Is the built-in battery that stores energy from solar, hand crank generator and USB -C is 18650 Lithium variety? Awaiting response to take a final decision whether to order it... Thanks, New Delhi

Dear friend, The D-608 does not have a built-in 18650 battery, it is replaceable. This helps extend the life of the product and prevents the entire radio from becoming unusable due to damage to the built-in battery. Thanks!

@@xhdataradio9011 That's spot on and way to go. May I know what kind of replaceable batteries are used with the D608? And just for your information, 18650 Lithium batteries are replaceable and very nice. I own the XHDATA D-808 which sports the 18650 Lithium battery. The D-808 have been thoughtfully designed to enable replacement once recharge cycle of the battery diminishes. Ķindly also let me know the price of the D608. Cheers!

@@shandybrandy5407It's the same button top XHDATA branded 18650 that comes with your D-808, except this version is the higher capacity 3000 mAh type in yellow color. You can also swap the standard 3000 mAh with a 3500 mAh one if you like.
