This is a 7-3 match up. Haitani is the best Makoto in the world, and he has character loyalty (props,) but this was just a messed up match. Maybe in Ultra.

True, her walkspeed is bad and so is her wake-up, but that dash is really fast and far. Imo, she never needs to walk, Out of range she can jump well enough and inside she can dash. And even though her dash's risky, she can come back from most situations with her high damage and chaining. I still find her op.
+Schwindsichtiga der Echte it isn't op at all if you know what you're doing. there's a distance at which she can't dash or jump forward. if you can keep that distance most makotos will backdash or take a risk you can punish. kind of like zangief.
