Honestly love the Creativity of making Mala Mala Jong. Because the Creators would continue to make Shen Gong Wu, Mala Mala Jong would be an ever changing force of Fury to fight.
in the contest of the lore, he's a monster; the basic costituents (the TTTunic, two of the gloves, one of the helmet and one of the boots) are on their own a menace, with his only weackspot being the heart, which is protected; on top of that, he can hijack and use all of the other powers, which, aside from the controller one, are the best way to try and counter him also, with his ability to combine and controll the various wu without need of focussing on wither ideosyncrasies, he can theorically pull out some combination attack of extreme efficiency scariest thing, the season3 wu, the moby morpher and the kuzusu atom would make him absolutelly unstoppable, as their only weackness is how hard are to controll
@@ignacioperez5479I think it would just function like a flamethrower that would be in his mouth. If he want he would be abel to use the saphire dragons mist breath as an attack.
Ya know if the series had gotten a true close ended series finale Mala Mala Jong could have been a really good final boss. Imagine him becoming an amalgamation of every shen gon woo in existence, because a literal unbeatable force of destruction and the only way they pull of the win is by doing something that results in the destruction of all shen gon woo. I'd have love to see that
@@alexvaughan1013 definitely chase always seemed to be more of a controlled evil while wuya and bean seemed more chaotic. Maybe he’d like give up his immortality to permanently destroy the heart of jong after losing it he’d I dunno fade and I dunno join dashi in I dunno kinda like when he showed up to reseal wuya and he’d ask for forgiveness but dashi would go all you did what you thought was right and you kept a balance and most of all your honor mean yea chase was evil but he had honor
This series had so much underutilized potential. I think Wuya should have been the final villain still. Maybe she creates MMJ to fight everyone else while she having regained her power fights Dashi?
As a kid, I always imagined it was a Shendu kind of situation. Mala Mala Jong was an allpowerful entity that threatened the entire world, until Grand Master Dashi used great magic to destroy him and he became the Sheng Gong Wu.
I know i commented on this before, but, you mean 5:49? Yeah, like i mentioned in my own comment, the evil laughing tap dancing amalgamation of some of the shen gon woo is on my list of like....3 greatest things to come out of the show, the other 2 to come to mind is the jack spicer scream and chase young. The thing about Chase Young is that, to me, even though he is evil/a bad guy, he's one of those that you can immediately like/love immediately, and he doesn't leave a bad taste in ones mouth. At least not in the xiaolin showdown, chronicals however, I'm not sure. Although, I think i only watched like...not even 5 minutes maybe of chronicles. I think part of it was the voices and art style of the show.
@@dwecktek Being able to reverse any attack is really damn useful, and also being able to go through solid walls is useful too. So no they are not usesless....and the fact that both are needed to bring Wuya back, the most OP character....then, that says something.
I remember reading a pretty good story which had an interesting idea that while Malamala Jong and the Fearsome 4 are incredible threats its combining with the Sapphire Dragon is what would bring out its maximum potential. Remember even in the later parts of the series both the Sapphire Dragon and Malamala Jong were considerable threats, together they would be damn near unstoppable. And remember the Sapphire dragon was flat out stated to be the most powerful Wu.
If the show ever came back at all, they should really expand the lore son. I wouldn’t mind for a darker tone than the usual one we have. Oh this is like one of the only shows in existence that as a fine line between comedy and the dark moments. 3:46 Mala’s like *“Wtf are you doing you know I can’t talk.”*
I don't think so if we have a darker tone do we really do justice to the original? It'd be no different if we had it much too lighter of a tone. I not to mention this wouldn't fly today because of political correctness bullcrap
Samurai Jack did that just well Shifting to the darker tone would fit to the age of the viewers Old show viewers now probably adults or at least teenagers
The heart of Jong is one of those Wu’s that I question as to why Dashi made that thing, and not just with Mala Mala but also that evil snowman, ironically one of the few good things it’s empowered was one of Jack’s robots
My guess, Dashi didn't make them all, those like the Fist of Tebigong and the Heart of Jong could have been from others like Dashi or villains like Mala Mala Jong that Dashi collected to stop chaos or something
my headcanon is that Mala Mala Jong wasn’t always made of fire- he was a demon with his own body that had powers similar to the Wu that make up the one we see. Dashi defeated him and took his helmet and heart, converting them into Shen Gong Wu to prevent the demon from regaining his original body. Before her final battle with Dashi, Wuya contacted Jong’s spirit through her dark arts to see if she could resurrect him as an ally- he told her she needed the two Shen Gong Wu that bore his name as well as enough parts for him to construct a body. Unfortunately for them, Wuya was sealed before she ever got close to the necessary Wu.
@Scorpionspear77 Imagine if Mala Mala Jong was a Dragon Demon of Saphire flames that sought to assimilate anything in it's path. But when it was defeated, it's soul was sealed in a heart with a fraction of it's power while it's mind rested in another Wu we all know and love.
Blue fire? Imagine Saphire flames with a mind and desire to assimilate everyone and anyone it finds. Just seeing a dragon coated in Saphire flames, wearing the different Wu as armor...
You know, there was an episode where Shen Gong Wu went rogue because of the Heylin Comet and Raimundo ended up possessed by a bunch of them. Considering the overall layout of the Wu on his body, I'm of the opinion that it was Mala Mala Jong trying to come back to life.
@@digstrememcdingus1463 Yeah, but since there was a lot of Heilin energy involved, I'm thinking Mala Mala Jong may have been an evil warrior or spirit who was split up amongst various Shen Gon Wu.
Imagine this! Shen Gong Wu (gets boosted by x1000), has a master (person) with powers of Avatar from Avatar series which has boost by 1,000,000 people and boosted by powers of two most powerful quirks (without drawback/weakness) One for All and All For One which also has Saitamas infinity growing in power. And powers of ninja suit from Randy Cunnigham 9th grade ninja by most powerful suit with all new and old ninja powers and power of magic orbs from the sorcerer and all evil, Spiral and Anti-Spiral energy, Ben 10,000 Biomnitrix on 4 arms (making a combos of 4 aliens, my idea), with all 9 titans powers from Shingeki no Kyojin, powers of the God from God of War, Gojos and Sukuna powers combined, with huge boost of Super-Sayian and more. And some powers from other movies like Chi control from Kung Fu Panda, (most powerful) Predators powers, (Most powerful) Xenomorphs cycle (repeated if He die), Robotboys highly advanced transformations, powers of the Presence from DC, powers of the highest being in Marvel, powers of the mutant from powerful Mutagen, powers of the Ackermanns from Shingeki no Kyojin (boosted by the most cleanest, sharpest, strongest killer techniques), powers of Shinigami from Death Note, vampire powers of Dracula, werewolf transformation, demonic powers of Hellboy and only that. Mala Mala Jong will be crushed in 1 second! or even 0,000000000000001 -second!
When you think about it if omi had failed mala mala would have been truly unstoppable with the tiger claws he could have gone after everts wu and just made himself more powerful
5:48 -¿Cómo es que el Mala Mala Jong puede reírse malvadamente y tocar una flauta al mismo tiempo? -¿Qué acabas de ver, Lisa? -Sí, pero-... -¿Qué acabas de ver?
Could Mala Mala Jong, with or without the other three fierce some four, beat Chase Young or not, and what if it could make five more copies of itself, using the Ring Of Nine Dragons?
I think if they were more experienced they could and plus mala jong is just doomsdays but with extra power so they basically need to find a way break him down.Chase Young is basically a veteran so it could be that he could take him down
Possibly, Mala Mala Jong is the only character that has never been defeated in a one-on-one fight in this show so it's definitely possible. The only ones that could beat him easily would be full-powered Wuya and Dashi
Yea but chase is on par with dashi and wuya I mean he dashi and guan were able to beat her rock monsters no wu. While omi clay and kimiko couldn’t with wu in addition to the whole element power up while jack beat them using his jack bots. I see the fight looking like chase would lose but then after figuring Malas moves he would i dunno punch the tunic with such precision and power it dents then mala gives an o shit look then after tearing the eye from mala he busts through the tunic and shatters the heart
@@judai24 Chase is not on par with a full power Wuya, that's why he revived her in a weakened state, and the stone monsters are both much weaker than Mala Mala Jong.
I wish the show got into how the Shen gong wu were created, we know Dashi created them to defeat Wuya so I doubt he intended to create them to be evil and harmful. Like Wuya said Mala Mala Jong was an ancient demon so he probably existed before the Wu were created and was bound to them specifically the Heart of Jong and the Sapphire Dragon was probably corrupted by the Heylin. But then again the Shen gong wu have been shown to have some kind of sentience with that episode of how Raimundo got possessed by them.
Who knows maybe they intended for wuya and dashi to originally to have been friends or study under the same mystic master and she helped dashi create the dragon and the heart and maybe the spirit of mala mala Corrupted her which caused dashi to create more wu and stop her
@@judai24 That would explain why Wuya is immune to the Shen Gon Wu. If the Wu were made from the same magic source as she uses she can null their effects.
@@VisoredKuzu I know right and why she can tell when one of them activates . I mean dojo makes sense he’s been around dashi so long he probably got linked to them. And how she knows what each one does .
The moment Mala Mala Jong pulled the invisible card I shat my pants as a kid. A near invincible demonic force of nature that could toss you and your salad anytime it so much as feels like it just goes fucking invisible so you can't even see WHEN he's gonna toss you.
I almost forgot about this guy. Why, why isn’t this on HBO Max again? There’s probably some licensing bullshit, but I’d like to relive my childhood with the show.
I still can’t get over the “end of the world” signals. First its Mala Mala’s appearance, then its him obtaining the Ring to become 4, then its obtaining the Emperor’s Scorpion lol
Okay why did Dashi make this thing? What was the purpose of the heart of Jong? Whenever someone uses it it makes a monster bent on destroying the world
Imo I doubt it would since they're both artifacts of magic and the Sapphire Dragon mainly controls organic life,Mala Mala is basically an iron golem of evil.
The Sapphire Dragon would be forced to either serve or be merged with Mala Mala Jong- so he would likely gain its ability to turn people into Sapphire zombies with its blue fire breath attack.
I just realized how Mala Mala Jong looks very very similar to Brutaka from the 2006 BIONICLE wave, which makes me think, what would happen if they there was a Xiaolin Showdown and BIONICLE crossover, what would it look like and how would it be like, what would the story be like, hmmmm?
3:56 to 4:05 jack sure took the 3rd-degree burns and being hit and smashed against one of his monitor's with his pack still on like a champ. 5:02 well, Clay's dead (well, in real life he'd be). 5:50 points for that perhaps being on the list of the top 2 or 3 most greatest/funniest things to come out of this show, one of the others is Jack's screaming, and including chase young. There's others that I'm not going to include right now.
How To Make Opinion That Bad is Real Highly Extremely illogical 1. Invent Time Machine. 2. Travel To 22nd Century. 3. Invent a machine that can change probability use it to make probability certain that Opinion that Bad is real is highly Extremely illogical Forever.
This always made me wonder why Dashi created the Heart of Jong in the first place since Mala-Mala is evil by nature. But… what if he didn’t? What if Wuya or another Helen person created the Heart instead?
hmm wonder what would happen if someone with the emperor scorpion commanded mala mala jong to use the jing or jang yo-yo(one of them not both) and then have him come out of said portal after that would he turn good?
@@shiindaisuke3159 i dont think my comment had the intent change youre mind. Youre take isnt a bad one persay. For discussion perpose id say the following: 1. Cant call a showdown on jong since both the monks and anither opposing person would have to touch jong wu for it to call the showdown. Since jong is in control of the multiple who he can probably reject the initiation of a showdown since the wu as jong can decide for itself if it wants an owner or not. 2. To continue on point 1 its for that reason when omi challenge sapphire dragon to a showdown they had to compete with dragon itself for the wu that created the showdown 3. Basically you cannot trigger a showndown on an active sapphire dragon itself or mala mala jong since the wu has rejected idea of having an owner. 4. If it was possible jong would probably just wager something on him that isnt the heart of jong since thats what holds him together.
@@jourdanfarquharson4697 They would still have to accept the terms of the Showdown, so if they wagered their's against Mala Mala Jong he'd have to accept as we've seen in every occasion. The exception being Wuless characters who chose to wager nothing, but it's never actually been stated he couldn't wager himself. There's no specific rule against it to my knowledge.
@@jourdanfarquharson4697 Also no it wasn't intended to change my mind that was me trying to prevent such discussion because I'm not gonna change my mind unless a physical rule actually states that a living Wu can not wager itself. Consider this tho in numerous shows, & movies where life or death bets like Xiaolin Showdown has individuals have often wagered themselves to match the bet of their opponent, & I found no such rule in my effort to dig 1 up. Besides Mala Mala Jong wasn't really all that intelligent. It was just a mindless entity driven by a singular purpose which was to collect all Shen Gong Wu, & grow all powerful. He didn't exactly exhibit much in the way of having any real thoughts. I mean he mostly just went, & fought them with no strategy in mind, & used overwhelming force to overpower them.
Whats worse then 1 mala jong, but four of these guys! And at that point they did not have the golden tiger claws So it was even more difficult to beat them
For his original appearance: Heart of Jong two ton tunic Helmet of Jhong The Jetbutsu Eye of Dashi Fist of Tebigong Third arm Sash He just gets more and more afterwards to even name.
Dude that thing like the Terminator if he had magical powers,Mala Mala can use all the powers of the Shen Gon Wu that he's made up of. So imagine trying to attack him but he combines both the Shroud of Shadows and the Golden Tiger Claws. He'd get the jump on you and crush your skull like an egg! 😬
