Thank you! Yes pretty much, if you ride consistently on max speed you'll burn the battery way faster. The lowest range that i have got is about 20km, but u weight ~70kg. A heavier rider will get even less.

It may damage the battery in the long term, but I've been riding with this firmware for over 3000 km and i haven't notice reduced range. The motor is very healthy, it doesn't make any weird noises or something. The only thing you should pay attention is the temperature of the controller, motor and battery. If you cant hold your hand on the motor then you know its to hot. The controller should not pass ~70°c and the battery ~50°c. You can check the temperature of the controller and battery via app. ( M365 down g). From my experience the motor will get hot before the controller and battery so you don't have to worry to much.

you can give it a second try, sometimes it bugs. Also make sure you follow the correct order of flashing. Last but not least, make sure your scooter can be flashed, because xiaomi's newest update is blocking every other app from changing the firmware!

Just dont update it from mi home and you'll be fine to flash your own files.

@@martinosalvioni3440I live in switzerland in Wallis and I got a xiaomi mi3 on Galaxus for 500 franc and the top speed is 25 km/h but if you want a faster and better scooter on Galaxus you can find the ocean drive x9 it goes up to 25 factory but by just pressing the buttons on the scooter you can enter the p4 mode which allows you to go up to 40 km/h and it is not that expensive I think it's a bout 700-800

Your BLE its probably 158. I think this firmware still blocks other apps from modifying the firmware, but you can at least try it.

@@DenisBilurka the firmware that you can find in the video description is 100/100 safe. I've been using my scooter with this for over 5000 km. Now, the BLE 158 blocks other apps, it will just won't let you change its. You'll still be able to update it, but the only app that can do that is mi home

If you have BLE 157, it blocks other apps from modifying the firmware. Unfortunately there is no way to overcome this problem

ye if you have BLE Version > 156 your fucked, you can downgrade with a St-Link or by changing the dashboard

I think they have the same motor and controller. But if i were to choose between this two, ill go with the m365 because it has way better range, and also they can achieve higher top speed.

@@paoravelo8690 from my experience, if you modify the essential, you'll get a maximum speed of 30km/h, while the m365 can go 33-35. I have a pro 2 with 6800+ km with this firmware and I've had zero problems with it. It's true though, that this generation of scooters ( essential, 1s and pro2 ) have reinforced controllers, so technically speaking they are safer to modify. If you want my honest opinion on this, i would advise you of getting a pro 2, because you'll see that when you are using max power, the battery will drain a lot faster, for example, my pro 2 has a minimum range of 20km modified instead of 30-35.

This files are only for 1s and pro 2, i don't think it will work with m365. But if you are willing to take the risk you can try flashing the 1s files. Again, i don't know if it will work or even damage your scooter. If you try it let me know!

Αν περάσεις το πρόγραμμα που έχω στην περιγραφή του βίντεο κανένας δεν σε μπλοκάρει. Δεν κατάλαβα τι εννοείς με το ορατό φλας. Όταν πας να περάσεις το πρόγραμμα σου βγάζει το warning το οποίο λέει ότι σε μερικές χώρες είναι παράνομο να αλλάξεις την ταχύτητα του οχήματος αυτού μιας και το όριο έχει τεθεί στα 25χλμ. Εάν κανείς το update από το mi home ουσιαστικά σου μπλοκάρουν το πατίνι και δεν μπορείς εσύ μετά να βάλεις όπιο προγράμματα θες

@@Mr_Lex09 i flash the 3 firmware but my max speed still 25kph. When i flash ble firmware my scooter not goes lock unlike the drv its goes lock while flashing. And only my battery capacity change. Before 5100 now its 5200 and bms ver goes 126 before 141. Please advice me.

im saying very specificly on the description that this firmwear is only for 1s and pro 2 models. i do nnot know how to help you with your problem. the only think i can think of, is for you to try and connect your scooter to mi home, so it will be automatically updated from there. i really hope it will work my friend!

@@chandyller6773 if you use use the mode with max power, yes, it does reduce the range. But, if you use it on modes that consume less power and have smaller top speed, your range will lot be affected.

Νομίζω το συγκεκριμένο ble μπλοκάρει τις τρίτες εφαρμογές από το να αλλάζουν το firmware. Βέβαια μπορείς να δοκιμάσεις να περάσεις τα firmware που έχω στην περιγραφή.

You should flash them with the correct order, and also flash the correct files for your scooter. Pro 2 files are only for pro 2 scooters and 1s files only for 1s.

Take a look on the description, and find the links that lead to 1s firmware. Then, install from Google play store the app named m365 down g, and flash the firmware to your scooter. Make sure you watch the video so you flash it with the correct order. It is important to install the correct files, so make sure you downloaded the 1s files and not the pro 2's!!

Unfortunately there is no way around. This firmware blocks every other app from modifying the scooter

did you download the correct files for your scooter? also, your battery needs to be fully charged to reach the max speed of 35km/h. lastly make sure you are on sport mode!

You'll need to reconnect the scooter to mi home and update it from there. But, the newest update from mi home is blocking every other app from changing the firmware.

@@khalidl nah man, this ain't true, your battery will be fine. Your battery's life will be reduced only by exposing it to High or low temperature ( less than 15°c or more than 35°c)

Εάν πηγαίνεις συνεχώς με τέρμα το γκάζι του ελάχιστο που θα βγάλει είναι 19-20 χλμ. Αν πήγαινες συντηρητικά με 20χλμ στο αργό mode, θα σου βγάλει όσα έβγαζε και πριν κάνεις την αναβάθμιση. Για το pro 2 αυτές οι αυτονομίες

@@ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣΤΣΑΡΤΣΑΡΑΣ φυσικά μπορείς να βάλεις δεύτερη μπαταρία. Τώρα για θερμοκρασίες: αν ανεβαίνεις ανηφόρα για πολύ ώρα θα ζεσταθεί αρκετά. Το μοτέρ θα ξέρεις πως έχει ζεσταθεί πολύ όταν δεν μπορείς να κρατήσεις το χέρι σου πάνω του.

Πρέπει να τα περάσεις και τα 3 προγράμματα που είναι ανεβασμένα, δηλαδή και το BLE και το DRV και το BMS αλλιώς δεν θα δουλέψει και ενδεχομένως να σου βγάζει errors

@@Lernya. Δεν γνωρίζω εάν θα βγάλει κάποιο error, αλλά για να περαστεί το πρόγραμμα σωστά και να λειτουργεί η μπαταρία αρμονικά με το controller πρέπει να τα περάσεις όλα. Ωστόσο, εάν περάσει μόνο το 1 ή τα 2 δεν πρόκειται να δουλέψει το "hack" οπότε ουσιαστικά δεν έχεις λόγο να το κάνεις γιατί δεν θα αλλάξει κάτι στην τελική ταχύτητα ούτε την ροπή του οχήματος

@@Lernya. Μπορείς να βρεις είτε στο RU-vid κάποιο βίντεο που να έχει τα αρχικά αρχεία για το πατίνι ( εγώ δεν θα έχω) ή να τα βρεις στο Google. Η τελευταία επιλογή που δεν είμαι υπέρ της για τους λόγους που ανέφερα σε παραπάνω σχόλιο, είναι να το συνδέσεις απλά στο mi home και να περάσει αυτόματα τα νέα αρχεία από την Xiaomi. Εάν ωστόσο κανείς το update από την Xiaomi μετά δεν υπάρχει τρόπος να περάσεις σε άλλη φάση εάν θελήσεις δικά σου αρχεία. Προσωπικά θα συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το πρόγραμμα που έχω στο βίντεο. Το έχω στο δικό μου εδώ και 1.5 χρόνο και έχω κάνει κοντά πλέον στα 6000+ χιλιόμετρα χωρίς κανένα απολύτως θέμα. Σε άλλους 3 φίλους μου που το έχουν ισχύει το ίδιο. Δεν έχουν εμφανίσει κανένα θέμα!

@@Blood-p1u if you ride consistently in rain, you might have damaged it. If not, try updating it from mi home ( if it is a Xiaomi scooter). Lastly I would try to discontent the battery for 5 minutes and connect it again. If you try that i would advise you to visit a shop that fixes scooters.

Τα αρχεία τα βρήκα έτοιμα στο ίντερνετ και τα χρησιμοποιώ στο δικό μου πάνω από 1 χρόνο καθημερινά, έχω κάνει 4.000 χιλιόμετρα με αυτά περίπου. Το cruise control, ναι θα το επαναφέρει. Για εμένα πρέπει να έχει κανείς αυτό το πρόγραμμα καθώς ξεκλειδώνεις το πατίνι σου στην ουσία, έχεις άλλο πατίνι μετά.

@@Mr_Lex09 Ωραίος 👍 Να υποθέσω αν θελήσω να το επαναφέρω στις αρχικές εργοστασιακές ρυθμίσεις λέμε τώρα που λογικά δεν θα έχω λόγο αυτό θα γίνει μόλις το συνδέσω στο Mi Home λογικά έτσι; Αλλά και πάλι θα με πάει στην τελευταία έκδοση drv 157 και όχι στην 229 που έχω τώρα 🤔

@@vcdroneGR πολύ σωστά, θα το επαναφέρεις μέσο το mi home. Βέβαια θα χρειαστεί να το διαγράψεις από συσκευή και να το συνδέσεις ξανά όπως έκανες την πρώτη φορά. Αν κάνεις όμως update από το mi home, δεν θα μπορέσεις να flashάρεις δικό σου πρόγραμμα ξανά.

@@Mr_Lex09 καλησπέρα φίλε έβαλα τα αρχεία κανονικά χωρίς πρόβλημα στο pro2 απλά παρατήρησα τεστάροντας το πατίνι με τον τροχό στον αέρα τόσο στο drive όσο και στο sport μόλις δίνω λίγο γκάζι αυξάνει ταχύτητα από μόνο του το πατίνι και δεν κόβει αν δεν πατήσω το φρένο. Επίσης στο sport το γκάζι έχει πολύ μεγάλη ευαισθησία πρακτικά δεν μπορείς να δώσεις χαμηλή ταχύτητα με τον τροχό στον αέρα πάντα. Έχει την αίσθηση του "ηλεκτρόγκαζου" πλέον αλλά και πάλι μου κάνει εντύπωση που δεν είναι ελεγχόμενο το γκάζι και αυξάνει ταχύτητα από μόνο του. Επίσης ξαναπέρασα και τα 3 αρχεία με τη σωστή σειρά άλλη μια δεύτερη φορά πάνω στο πατίνι λογικά δεν παίζει ρόλο αφού τα είχε πάρει κανονικά με την πρώτη. Ωστόσο κάνει πάλι το ίδιο με τον έλεγχο του γκαζιού. Μήπως έχεις κάποια ιδέα πάνω σε αυτό;
