Advice: if you want it to last, as soon as break in is done, switch to a good synthetic oil and for plug, get an iridium plug. I had a generator that ran on synthetic from 1999 to 2021. The engine still fine but the generator died.
Flip the oil bottle over when you pour and that will stop the "glug glug glug" and also let you tip the bottle at a greater angle, getting the bottle closer to the oil fill opening, before the oil comes out.
@@rockystelone21 I got tired of waiting and ordered the Champion 8750 watt open frame inverter. It is ready for me to pick it up. I also ordered a Champion 4250 watt dual fuel open frame inverter for when gas is not available. Both together are around $1900.00 including tax. (Disappointingly, I called Champion about a technical question and was told there was a 3 hour wait time. I called back later several days ago and was given the option of a call back that has never happened.) My old Black Max generator and A-Ipower inverter have never failed me. Hopefully Champion does not let me down.
@@apb5866 I lost my patience so I bought two champion inverters; a 8750 gasoline and a 4350 dual fuel and a 100 pound propane tank if I can not find gasoline.
Sure, you can get a ATS box that you can attach to your house power meter and there is a cable that cable attached to that port and when your house looses power it will send a signal to your generator to start check out galvis garage you tube he has a ton of videos
