I agree with you and my family owns a couple businesses and 90% of the time when someone breaks in or steals something including any of our rental equipment which can be north of $60k they rarely ever get caught BUT to be the devil's advocate here the cops may be going all in on this heist because they genuinely need to figure out where that much money is going for multiple reasons including because of the amount of possible terrorists coming over the border everyday into America and probably into Canada who will need money to carry out their attacks and things like that so they probably just want to make damn sure its not linked to any terrorism or large organised crime groups. There's definitely something in the works by terrorists right now because regardless of political opinions you gotta have a secure border even if it means keeping some people out that deserve better because you don't know who all is getting in especially since its been proven that the cartels are sending some people across specifically for them to get caught and tie up Nat Guard and Border Patrol resources so their drug mules or vips can get across safely and over the past few years there's been a massive increase in 'incursions' (people breaking in) at major power and utility stations and all types of critical infrastructure and if you look into it it seems like they're testing the waters in preparation for something because no one ever gets caught and they never gain anything from doing what they're doing but the stuff they mess with while in there is the stuff you would destroy if you wanted to take out the grid or any number of other critical infrastructure and it seems like its died down in the past few months which to me would say were in the calm before the storm. S2 Underground on youtube has some videos on the incursion stuff and he probably has the best content on that type of stuff even though he's a bit paranoid he's not the only one producing that type of content and its all verifiable. Also before anyone makes this political I'm not a fan of any of the recent presidents for various reasons one of which being that their own logic only extends to the partisan line
