Haha I’ve been in maybe 3 carbs my whole life, simply got out the clymer XT350 manual and followed the directions had my carb tore apart and put together with no hassle and complete understanding of everything I was doing
Whats up Doc. I just bought a 86 xt 350 it had 16k miles on it how many miles do these bikes run before needing a rebuild and what do you think it would be worth
I have nothing against someone who wants to learn but some things are not the best to be learned on. Carbs are more of advanced learning for someone that knows a few tricks especially something that looks like that. Never seen a half and half carb before.
Honda did the same thing around the same time. The idea was the smaller bore would help with off idle hesitation and the bigger bore would takeover 1/2 andnup
