The commitment to a lifestyle change, planning meals, exercise etc.? If that sounds “easy” to you then I can’t imagine what you deem hard. Different people have different needs and struggles regarding weight control. The availability of various ways to deal with obesity acknowledges that fact.(Because One Size does not fit all). Whatever road is taken to reclaim one’s health. Who are you to criticize the route taken? FYI…I haven’t had surgery of any kind, but my profession puts me right in the process of gastric bypass surgery, and it is anything BUT easy! However one chooses to “commit” as long as they do, and WLS requires a commitment. And not you, anybody else has the right to dismiss that effort because you don’t agree with it.

I love these motivational workouts. Soon as I get my bonus in a few weeks. I will be ordering my stepper to workout with these videos. I’m happy to see people like me that have more than 20 pounds to lose. It was meant for these videos to show up in my recommendations.
