Do you know the Sfogliatelle? They are typical Neapolitan sweets, in two versions, curly and smooth. The smooth one that I made is based on shortcrust pastry while the riccia is composed of a very thin puff pastry that makes it very crunchy!
I love both versions, alas greedy as I am!
Today I propose the easiest shortcrust pastry to make at home! But I made a big one, let's say "familiar" a sfogliatella cake! I hope you will appreciate it and as always I am waiting for your photos!
