I would love for y'all to keep watching Inazuma Eleven. It's actually a smart idea to watch the first episode off screen because there is a small plotline setup that makes more sense having watched it. Also it's a very fun episode to watch. Rambling aside keep watching we love it!!!
Hell ye Inazuma!! Lesgooooo Occult is the shit. They might be weak, but I love the horror theme. But yeah as time goes on the opponents explore deeper themes than "what if dracula played soccer" dont worry lol
It would be lovely if y'all could watch the 127 episodes I won'r expect you to watch go , go chrono stones , go galaxy , I.E. Ares no tebin/orion no kokuin as it takes A LOT of time lol
In case if you didn't know, the Inazuma Eleven anime is based off the events of the official games (made by Level-5 Inc.) that were made for the DS and then the 3DS for the GO trilogy. Most of the games only showed up in Europe and Japan, so there's that. The writing in the games tends to be better than the anime, but there may be some moments where the anime shines more than the original trilogy for the games. However, I won't spoil it here. And here we have Occult Jr - Raimon's first Football District Tournament opponent, which is also sudden difficulty spike in the first IE game. Just by reading the dub names of the teams, you could tell that Level-5 was somewhat clever here, and the character designs match the school names very respectively too (even if they can be a little too iffy at times). The Special Move "Ghost Lock" is a Special Tactic, and Special Tactics were not added until the third IE game. When looking at the length of this show, it's gonna be a LONG time before you ever see one of these again, so keep that in mind. Each Special Move in the show also has it's dub name that can be hit or miss for some people. For example, Nekketsu Punch is just called Fireball Knuckle, but moves like God Hand, Fire Tornado, and Dragon Crash keep their original names respectively.
