I thought the laser was going to put a hole in the replacement lens and so I didn't want to have to wear bottle cap glasses after yag capsulotomy, but your video explained exactly what is done with good illustrations. Thank you.
What is the CAUSE of the need for the capsulotomy? I've had it done twice now (once on each eye) only one year after cataract surgery. What causes this buildup of cloudiness in the implanted lense, and is there something that can be done to prevent it - i.e. vitamins, eye drops, etc? My vision is "perfect" now.
