I started tonight as well. #1 was very very bitter. #2 was not so bitter.#3 was a nasty tasting bitter in which i had to chase each swallow with spring water.

You shouldn't. Try preparing your body for a true cleaning. The first time, I did a fruit fast for 3 days. This time (second round), I didn't do a complete fruit fast. I had a regular dinner Sunday and started the bitters on Monday. However, I had been eating a lot of fruit and dome veggies leading up to my bitters. So I would highly recommend getting off junk food and processed food. Get your favorite fruit and eat up. Go to Yahki's page if it's up and print off the fruit combination chart.

I met Yahki in Atlanta in June and I personally asked him your suppose to follow the fruit protocol melons for dinner always and berries or fruits or melons for breakfast and lunch fruits meaning banana apple cherry mango plum peach etc no berries if you ever do melons never mix them eat all honeydew or all cantaloupe etc
