Anti Ventilation Plate shown some say Anti Cavitation Plate
Full Trim up! Still No Ventilaton The Four blade Propeller
13 1/4"(inch) Diameter x 18"(inch) Travel/Revolution, still Don't lose any grip in the water. The next step is to use a Jack Plate combined with a Stainless propeller, these props have so much grip in the water that you can elevate the motor even higher
Maybe it can reach 40 Knots with some elevation that a Jack Plate could offer...

A tip of advice
Lift up your outboard 1 or 2 holes
even if you drive with an aluminum propeller, it will go much easier in the water, the less rig you have in the water = the less drag
Why slow down the boat unnecessarily with a low-mounted outboard.
Or add different height of the distance between the transom and your engine unless your engine is bolted. This can be done with portable engines.
Test your way to the optimum height and the optimum trim angle
And you save fuel because of lower drag
And get more speed out of the boat.
