XCR weighs less, has more power and at 686cc? Or is this the 500? has more then 100cc more displacement then the CF moto which is 580cc. CF fits two comfortably and comes nicely outfitted. Those things in mind, I thought it did pretty good..
The CFMOTO is a two up which weighs more than the one up Grizz, I have a Grizz a CFMOTO 600 and 800, my Grizz and CFMOTO 600 one up are close when racing but my 800 smokes them both and it's a two up.😅
Put smaller, less aggressive tires on that Grizzly and it will rip even more. The factory clutches aren't fit for those big tires even though they come on them stock.
I had a 2016 Grizzly 708. The only problem I didn't have was the CVT system. Everything else on that machine cause nothing but chaos. Currently on a 2021 CFMOTO Cforce 800xc. So far it's been a more reliable machine for me. These days I'm more interested in getting a UTV. Wish Yamaha would put the 850 in the Viking.
The CF Moto has actually done well. I have not seen any or heard any complaints out of the four wheeler. I have two friends that own a 600 and a 500 and so far they’re doing well
@@TheCallfam3 I’m in the market for an AtV for plowing my driveway in alaska and hunting so I think for the value the force would be great but there aren’t many mechanics around here so I’ll have to see what they will service .
The Grizzly will keep up with the big quads until they start hitting their power. Grizzly has tons of low end torque and since 2019 6% lower gearing. The Grizzly is a mighty Beast!!! lol
I thought the gear reduction was only done on the xtr Grizzly. I thought that was only done because of the 27" tires and it being labeled as a mud model.
@@SuperDave-pe1zw that makes sense. 19 Yamaha dropped the 708 and went back to the 686. I believe the 708 had 9% more hp than the 686. Or 6% more hp and 9% more torque. Something like that it's been 7 years lol. Wish my 2016 Grizzly had a gear reduction and the 686. Thank god I paid for a warranty.
I bet if you had the CF 800 XC it would easily beat the Grizzly. That’s a twin cylinder. I test drove one today and compared it to a Suzuki King Quad 750. KQ is a great machine but that CF 800 twin is much more powerfully and very snappy and immediate despite its weight. Very light on its feet. The upgrades are awesome and I’m definitely getting the CF 800 when I can afford it.
