Én picit meg szoktam kenni, van olyan görgő amihez adnak is gyárilag zsírt, pl Stage6. Igen a behelyezés iránya nem mindegy, a variátoron felfekvő felület miatt, ha fordítva van benne szétkoptatja magát. Köszönöm, hogy megnézted!

Szia, a szimmeringeket szilikonzsírral, a többi dolgot jó minőségű gépzsírral kenem meg finoman. A csavarokat vagy zsírozom vagy olajozom, egyszerű az ok, legközelebb könnyebb lesz szétszedni, nem rohad össze.

@@latzkoworks ahogy kopnak a dolgok pl a görgök vagy a szíj vagy a kuplung nem szedi össze a port és ragad be könnyen? Futárkodásra használok kettő db bwst tehát van hogy napi 250 km ert teszek meg vele

@@palbako7828 az komoly teljesítmény, gratula. Nem szokott gond lenni, leheletnyi zsírt teszek csak mindenhova, illetve párezer km-enként ha megismétled a műveletet akkor nagyon hosszú életű lesz a hajtás.

Ha lehet akkor szeretnék kérni egy kis segítséget a bws amit említettem a blokkból egy süvítő hang jön ahogy mennek bele a kilóméterek a nap folyamán a hang egyre hangosabb lesz gondoltam végáttételre de mivel a hang álló helyzetben is megvan kizártam gondoltam variátorra de semmi rendelleneset nem találtam a szíj sem régi rajta utánna amikor néztem a videóidat gondoltam a főtengelyszimeringre, hogy amikor a motor felmelegszik enged a szimering és a csapágynál kenési probléma lehet de a szimeringnél teljesen száraz mind a két oldal Egyébként a motor hidegen melegen az első pillanatban indul minden reggel az alapjàratot szépen egyenletesen alacsonyan meg bírja tartani alapjáratról is csuklás nélkül forog el a teljesítménye jó gps szerinte végsebessége 82 fogyasztása átlagban 3.2l futártempóban. Hidegen beindítva a hang egyáltalán nem halható 200 kilóméternél már alig bírható Van esetleg valami tipped?

@@latzkoworks köszi! Még az lenne a kérdésem, hogy 3:26 nál annak a "perselynek" mi a neve illetve van jelentősége? Régi fajta neosom van (50ccm) viszont én nem találkoztam azzal az alkatrésszel. Robbantott ábrát is Néztem, de ott se láttam. Köszi!

@@tamask401 Szia, az egy távtartó a főtengelyen, minarelli blokkokban szokott lenni. Ez nélkül a variátor középső csapja becsúszna a főtengelyig.

Hello, perhaps you have too much air because of worn crankshaft sealing, intake pipe gasket, etc. With the original carb it should work. I think with the aftermarket carb you have too much fuel, and with the too much extra air your engine runs now almost good.

@@latzkoworks i Have 4 carb's 2 originals cleaned with cleaner, air and needles, i cant see anything wrong with them + a new modified Chinese, i drilled an extra hole to let som air into the choke chamber to lean it of, this carbs work fine and the scooter does 75 km\h but it is still way to rich at startup, (choke time) and then i have another brand new chineese carb, it behaves as the original the engine runs out of fuel even at modest throttle. i have checked the reedvalve it is ok, so are the inlet rubberpipe, and added some gaskets to seal against the engine and reedvalve no change, but maybe the crankseals i worn, i have not looked at them, scooter has 6800 km on the speedo, and is 20 years old, you may be correct with the crank seals. a 2 stroke is dependent on them beeing good.

@@ottoolsen9560 you are right, with new sealings + original carb should be good I think. Perhaps after replace the sealings you should replace the main jet +0.05mm bigger, but try it first. Chineese carbs are not the best. Anyway, you can replace the choke to a hand controlled one, not electric.

@@latzkoworksI'm going to try a bigger jet on it, the scooter is in good condition apart from this problem, I just changed the whole variator system and looked a bit at these tuning variators, but I thought they were too much of a compromise, so I went with the original. if it runs at 75-80 then that's enough for me I have a car, also so this is only for driving in the city on good weather days.
