You really have to take the time to set up the Yamaha VH2. My S950 has the same VH2 as the SX900 and I freak people out all the time when they know the backup vocals are done live. I have over some 30 different setups to nail the correct backup need for each song, from groups like Alabama, Beatles, Beach Boys to singers like George Strait, Elvis, Kenny Roger and Dolly Parton.

Hi, If Fantom have vocal harmony processor so yes. :) But synth usually don' t have this function - very often they are able just add reverb or other FX on mic imput.

Hi Alvaro, thank you for your comment. Believe me, I tried to choose the most similar sounds. However, Yamaha is very distant from Korg in terms of sound. Unfortunately, the crystalline purity that comes from the TC Helicon cannot be produced on a Yamaha (PSR SX900). Yesterday I had the reassembled PA in my house and compared the sound of the vocals through Yamaha SX900 and through the Soundcraft Signature 12 mixer. Yamaha was very narrow. Something like a very compressed mp3. Although I tried to create sound using corrections to make it the best. Korg is far better at this. In my opinion, TC Helicon is better than Yamaha for vocal processing. However, I respect your opinion and thank you for sharing it. Take care.

The Genos has the same harmony as all Yamaha keyboards have since the PSR-S950 came out in 2013

@@solosolomon Hello. I know that comparing the Yamaha PSR SX900 with the Korg Pa4x is not fair. Unfortunately I don't have a Korg Pa1000 available. On the other hand, in the Czech Republic the price of the SX900 is quite close to the Pa4x. Another option is to buy a second-hand Pa4x. I've bought a lot of second hand keyboards and if you know what to try before you buy, then no problem. I'm happy for your opinion and I confirm that the presets in Yamaha are really good. I like both keyboards and both brands. That's why I also own a Korg Pa4x and a Yamaha PSR S750. The SX 900 is from a music school where I teaching children how to play the keyboard. KORG PA4X are much technically better than YAMAHA SX900, but only if you know how to used and handle it. For a beginner is YAMAHA SX900 user friendly to start and not complicated. The TC HELICON PA4X is superior.

Hi, yes you are right. In a real situation, I would never use vocal Harmony so loud. You can listen to my cover songs, where you can hear how I use the vocalizer in real situations. Do you really think Yamaha has changed so much theses past 15 years ? No ! I owned Yamaha for 20 years until Genos and it's still t the same as well !!

Zdravím vás Filipe. Popravdě řečeno docela zvažuji, že bych nějaké české video natočil. Bylo by to pro mě daleko jednodušší. Ovšem majoritní většina mých subscriberů je z Indie, Německa nebo Spojených států. Těžko říct jestli by chtěli poslouchat video v češtině. Pokusím se udělat nějaké testovací video a uvidíme.:)
