Followed this step by step and was able to get this installed no problem..the only to tools I did not have were the side cutters and no mechanical skills at all...thanks for the knowledge!!!
Awesome video, thanks, just completed this going step by step. Took me 3.5 hours following along, tutorial was perfect. Only warning to others is don’t over tighten when attaching the Yosh kit back to the bike, I snapped a 8mm bolt. I’ll have to find where I can order one or a set of those but for now seems it will be fine since I used some blue lock
Happy to hear this was helpful. If you are unsure of how much torque to use on a fastener and do not have a torque wrench try to get a feel for how tight the fastener was when you removed it and reproduce that when you reinstall it. - Van
Is the Yoshimura frame required? I like their kit the most and eventually want the sequential signals, but dont care much for the frame itself. Would probably just roll no frame if workable or a simple black. And would this work for a 2024 R7? Im assuming the '23 & '24 are basically the same
@sportbiketrackgear Appreciate it! I got it nearly all installed but need to do the wiring still as I ran out of time. I'm looking at getting the plug-n-play adapters they have so I don't have to splice or cut anything. Tutorial definitely helped me getting the bike apart though!
The pieces with 3 plastic clips. I need advice as on the clutch side the 3rd clip will not click into place. It will always pop out. I put this project on hold since I realized I might need a pair of hands. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Happy 4th!
