Rx100 has been used in many movies as well by lead actor or the negative influences, stunts was a major factor to feature this bike in south Indian movies.
The Yamaha RX 100 was really popular amongst the racers. The owners do modifications such as expansion chambers, porting, engine tuning, sprockets and changing the wheel sizes. Some other modifications that were also performed on the motorcycle included placement of bigger carburettors, air filters, quicker throttle and even disc brakes for better stopping power like we have installed on this one as well.
Sadly the production of this legendary motorcycle was stopped in 1996 and the success could never be replicated by the successors.
