Hi please help me, our yamaha C30A soundbar and subwoofer paired successfully but there is no sound or bass coming from the subwoofer.

@user-jk3oc7dx8p Have you tried turning the subwoofer volume up using the remote? If that isn't working you may want to also try using the Bass EXT function. If neither works we would recommend unplugging both from the wall for a few minutes then re-connecting them to see if that works. i bought a 43¨ 4k what i tought was a tv but it was a smart monitor so it only has 2 hdmi, but it has bluetooth, can i connect this with bluetooth on the monitor to freeup hdmi spots for consoles?

Question. Thinking of also getting a new 50 inch tv for my patio. I’m guessing the TV will have EARC. Can I go from EARC to ARC? Thanks

@JerryMacHomes Yes. If a TV has an eARC it will also work as a standard ARC.

@lappi_wojak That particular JBL model is not available in the US so it's hard to say. This Yamaha does sound great though! It's a tough one to beat in its price range.

Will it work in a cabinet?

@Jackster101 Ideally you'd want to have this outside of a cabinet. Anything you put in front of the speaker will lower the audio quality. Also, it may impede the ability of the remote control if you're blocking the sensor on the front of the soundbar.

Does the arc support Dolby Vision?

@syy3660 Dolby Vision wouldn't factor into this particular model. It only has an HDMI output with ARC so it doesn't send a video signal. It's only used for audio.
