There have been some other vids where they dyno'd before and after and this kit absolutely increases the power. Add another vid once you get some dirt time on this setup. The YXZ, although dated at this point is still the most intense experience of all of the sxs's available from a drivers standpoint.
While debating on doing this kit, I watched a lot of vids and read a lot of reviews on it. The consensus was that it wakes the machine up although one video with Draggy data was unimpressive. I can say without a doubt that it is wildly stronger throughout from bottom to top. In this vid I noticed that I had hit 70 at the top of 4th, this car has never seen 70. I will certainly do an update video. If Yamaha would do a even a mild power increase and fix its suspension issues it would be extremely desirable.
@RestoRooster OHV agreed, it really wouldn't take much for Yamaha to update this car, boost the power and fix the suspension geometry. Add the crawlbox and it really becomes two cars, a wrc rally car that can crawl the rocks or mud when needed.
@RestoRooster OHV I still enjoy my 16 as much as the day I bought it. It's all about the "experience". Enjoyed my RZR before it, but there really is no comparison.
@@michaeldavison430 I don't have much seat time in other machines. I've driven my friends X3RC a few times and it is super comfortable but I just love shifting the gears and revving it out.
There was, I still lost…Haha. The machine absolutely feels more responsive, has a higher top speed and acceleration. Maybe I should have done the cams too. It was still worth the upgrade.
@RatTerrier1369 I do have a race against the same machine. Here is the link ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VyRi0vzxxT8.html It starts around 17;16
