hearsteel dmg is physical like almost every dmg from sion

@@krzysieks.8358 i mean dom's gives bonus physical dmg ONLY if enemy's max health is greater than yours. so in this clip this item is useless and doesn't work (except fot the crit chance) so that's why I asked

@@alanmassalov3683 The point of it is the crit chance yes. But also, it isn't useless as even against rengar, it gave 26.7 Lethality. And against Blitz it gave 64.8. Even against the champion with the least base armour in the game, 30% Lethality is still going to be a lot better than 18 flat.

@@alanmassalov3683 because armour pen equals reducing armour by certain number. You can translate the armour pen to Lethality, but it differs on any character you fight + It's always going to be better than any falt lethality Item.

shieldbash as well and 30% pen + crit from dominiks is needed for oneshot
