I agree...just like what I posted...technique is important. MuayThai tops my list. but conditioning is also important...and Yaw-Yan Ardigma tops the list.
I agree with you on the technique...but as both Yaw-Yan and MuayThai fan, I can tell you that the Yaw-Yan fighter in this video trained hard...his arms are like steel. I saw it in person...the guy hits a solid concrete wall with his arms. Technique is important...that's why I like MuayThai. But Yaw-Yan's main technique is to have strong legs and arms...when it hits an opponent, it does the job...the video shows it well. Combine the techniques of MuayThai and the conditiong of Yaw-Yan plus BJJ
If the other guy was a better striker, he'd have already knocked the winner out on the first 30 secs. Slamming your fists wildly like that opens yourself up to a quick upper cut, straight, overhang, or even a cross(with the right step of course) to the chin. Would never work in the UFC or even K-1. Fun to watch though.
