Yes,yao-yan style, is a dance of death very powerful...1975 to 1976 i had learned such.martial arts until.now even.i.am.senior but still in my.daily.routine such.game its very amazing...

Ya because los angeles filipino girls are spoiled, prissy and only care about hair and makeup and R&B music and other dumb stuff. They do trendy workouts at 24 hour fitness etc and dont do fighting. Filipino girls in Metro Manila have to fight for much of what they have which is not a lot. So this is why the there were no girls at the Los Angeles yaw yan place to hit pads for this video.

Do you also do the sit ups while the feet is wrap to someone else body? I just see it in some Yawyan location training center.

The Yaw-Yaw ladies shown in this videos are all from Yaw-Yan Buhawi in Marikina, Philippines under Master Rey Yap. Yaw-Yan Buhawi and Master Rey Yap should have been acknowledged in this video as well as the owner of the video/footage. I hope permission was asked to use the video.. I'm not even sure the owner of the video knows that his video was used by someone else.). Anyway, it's not too late ( 7 years after) to ask permission and give proper acknowledgement. Mabuhay ang Yaw-Yan!
