I love these. I put the threads in type order and number order for my wool projects. It is great.

I have an organizer too. I got one free when I bought my sewing machine. Been trying to figure out what to use it for - LOL but you are right. All in one place is much better

You could load the pouches and thread a needle. Then pull the needle through the plastic sleeve, clip the thread leaving a tail, and zip the pouch. No need to pull out the spool.
