The copyright shit is BS. 1. How many times have we seen entire album get removed over 1 song copyright dispute? 2. Look at interpolation laws.. Even the Estate said its basically the same song. The dispute would be on Melody if you listen its almost the same but its not exact. The rule for interpolation is that it must be the exact melody. Kanye doing this is bad for Labels and the content they own and Fuga knows this. He would not lose in court and there will be No reason for a rejection for Sample usage if he wins. Because if an artist does what kanye does labels lose all leverage and the already owned content will lose value by rejecting samples
