Nothing against lifesteal or anyone in this video. Bases like this just make me cry. Thank you to my inside friend for getting the download for us! discord.gg/kenadian Wato's video - • Debunking Lifesteal’s ...
Somehow I keep seeing comments that "IT WAS MEANT TO BE EASY" from people who clearly did not watch the video. If it was designed to be an easy job, why did they break in from the direction where it's hardest to break in,,,,, and then set off the traps on purpose...? I made fun of this kind of comment in the video and people were still dumb enough to type them.
In the end, the safest base defense was not the Warden, nor the Withers, nor the Cobblestone generating walls but... players foolishness of dropping the egg regardless. Poetry.
One of the best ways to tell if a base sucks is to skip to the middle of the video and if they are sneaking around slowly or running around clueless while saying "I'm going to die" it sucks
@@CanyonF As opposed to “Hmmm… I have no idea what I’m doing, this is impossible.” A good base doesn’t have people screaming like children (that usually shows that it’s scripted), a good base has people thinking like engineers.
@@DespOIcito Correct, because if a person is running around screaming in a base with a supposedly large amounts of traps and defenses, then those traps and defences suck or don't exist (if they did, then the person wouldn't be running around, they'd be dead). If they're able to sneak the entire way through, that means that there were gaping holes or backdoors into the security system which were purposefully left there (for god knows why).
The quality of content is equivalent to the quality of effort you've put in it. If you didn't even bother to do research for the base, at least put the effort to make the plot believable.
@@GlideSpandexI watch clown, branzy and ash, and I can say that they're great, not much is staged, clown goes around and kill people, branzy being branzy, and ash is using crazy but possible exploits and just has a couple shenanigans here and there
I have the perfect trap. It will be a sign with a lot of text. And sign will have a pressure plate in front of it. So the player will step on the plate setting off some red stone that will free a bunch of wardens and the player will be too distracted reading the sign. My plan is perfect.
Kenadian typically takes around 5-6 business days. That's faster then the rate they manage to make these terrible prisons. And yet, Kenadian's debunks are always thought through, and these prisons could be beaten by PointCrow's goldfish.
I'm gonna upload a video titled "THE SAFEST STORAGE SYSTEM IN MINECRAFT! 10000% STEAL-PROOF!!!!" and the video is just a 10 second clip of me crafting an ender chest
Lifesteal gives me an idea on how to make a successful SMP. 1. Get some friends together 2. Hold their families hostage and force them to take acting classes 3. Give them a script for the SMP that was written in like an hour with ChatGPT 4. Record it and post it to RU-vid 5. Profit.
Yeah, this whole series probably would have been better if the events were unscripted and all was led by pure roleplay power. At least it would make for believable and non-repeating plots.
Ok listen my idea for the safest base on minecraft: 1) dig a hole deep 3 blocks. 2)cover the top with a grass block 3) keep pressing shift 4)if you need chests place them on the floor
Nah, better idea. 1. Allow cheats 2. Switch to creative 3. Build a 5 block thick bedrock box 4. Seal entrance 5. Hope nobody in the prison community is on the server or they’ll try whacky glitches.
The best part is that 'base' in particular resembles some old build I made when I was 10. It was a fortress made entirely out of Iron Blocks, with built in note-block alarms, sniper tower with complementary ultra-enchanted bow, and a panic room with an escape route and self-destruct buttion, not to mention a bunch of barriers ahead of the secured front door. Netherrack fire pitfalls, lava moat, obsidian + iron door(?) barrier, soul sand trap with built-in arrow turrets, intruder-detecting tripwires, piston-extending barricade on the outer perimiter, you name it, it was there. Of course the wall itself was only 5 blocks wide and 4 blocks tall, and only in front of the door. The rest of it was just haphazardly-placed iron stacked to look like something like a fortress. So, the only thing this base made by supposed adults has above 10-year-old me is that it's 'defenses' are more inventive. They're not harder to bypass in the slightest, and only cover one side. All acting of course, but with none of the real imagination.
5:11 “correction: one of the torches *that are on* “ And at that moment I knew something was going to be wrong with the system, just not *how* wrong it would be. It’s truly a masterclass in trap design to create a trap where not only do half the triggers not work, the primary one actually renders the entire trap completely harmless even if one of the other triggers *does* work!
@@guardianofthetoasters2323 Not sure why I responded that to this comment. but idea was since players are a threat to themselves give them a tempting chance to sabotage themselves.
6:30. Congratulations. You've summed up every single lifesteal video. It's always this plot: -Player loses all health and get's banned. -Comes back. Now a social Outcast. Either 1) They're on their own. 2) They get trapped. -Creates plan to get revenge. (Which is strangely very well done and edited.... like for real) -Invites some 'friends' (despite being an outcast) to help them out. -Weird traps and puzzles. -Gets revenge. Causing the players, with full enchanted NETHERRITE gear to die. -Happily ever after. Everything is fine. Seriously. They go through more Netherrite gear than an entire season of hermitcraft. Like, how are these people still 'friends' with each other. Sure, if it happens like... a few times, but when it's the same group of people just being an asshole on a weekly/daily basically each time. I genuinely would stop hanging out with these people or go play somewhere else lmao.
@@elishafollet5347 No hermits just tend to spend ungodly amts of time grinding out gear and stuff s that they can focus on their content and shenanigans
@@elishafollet5347 it varies from server to server. Lifesteal isnt them actually really "playing the game", they just act and stage everything. Hermitcraft, though, is all the players genuinely playing the game and doing stuff. Think of them as ends of a line. Every SMP is somewhere on that line. some are genuine and are people actually playing, and others are completely fake
It’s simple lol, these people have lives outside of the smp and are genuinely good friends so they don’t take anything personally because in the end it’s just for CONTENT and fun. It’s just a game, most of the shit is scripted anyways and tbh re-gearing isnt as tedious as it’ll seem when you realize how sweaty some of the players are LOL.
I’ve built a base literally NO ONE can get into. It is ACTUALLY the most secure and safe base ever. How, you may ask? It is a dirt box. The only way to get in is to load in and go inside. Good luck finding the drive to the world!
I didn't even watch Ro's video, I saw the title and was like, "how easily will Kenadian break into this?" But this... this exeeded my wildest imagination.
Some he gets world downloads, some he actually does recreate them, based on details from the videos and the world seed, which he even knows how to find if it's not provided.
I didn't watch Lifesteal since rek left and, man, whatever happened to security through obscurity? They used to protect the kidnapped pets and other stuff by hiding them instead of building huge vaults, and detective work to find it was both entertaining and believable.
Genuinely. I dig underground, find a lava pit, turn it to obsidian, and build my house over it. Then I make a hole in a random spot in the obsidian floor, dig two blocks down, surround the walls and floor of the hole with obsidian, and put a chest at the bottom with my most prizes possessions. I memorize the exact placement of the chest, put one stone block above it, then top it off with obsidian. Whenever I need stuff from the chest I dig it up while nobody is around then rebury it. When I need even more security I go to the nether, glitch above the bedrock, and hide stuff there.
@@myshaagarwal1976 It sure did, but the fact that the funny Heart Transplant SMP base has a single wall isn't the only thing he has ever pointed out in his RU-vid career...
I think the most annoying part has nothing to do with the actual base. It’s Pangi’s portrayal. Pangi is shown as this powerful bully in Ro’s video but in reality Pangi worked his ass off to just see the egg and Ro just sets off the bomb and destroys the egg, but doesn’t apologize in any meaningful way. He’s just “Oops I destroyed the thing you worked for months trying to get my bad”. No wonder he got shot and tried to make himself look better
love the video, both of them, Roshambos video was a fun bit of storytelling, but I thought some things were off in it, but dismissed them to keep me immersed, but I am glad you made a great debunk vid as well, I like seeing that all my suspicions and "why didn't they just do this?" "why do only three withers target them?" "why didn't they just go around? all the traps are very linear" be correct, thank you for making this video, great one
@@OfficialEagleHater he changed it to furry because alot of ppl hated "cooler kenadian" and kenadian hated catboy so he had to come up with a new name that would be fine
Hey kenadian, I know you probably won’t see this, but I’ve been watching you for around a year now, and the success you’ve had and how much you’ve grown as a content creator is massive. I cant wait to see how much further you can go! The content is purely top tier and I always watch all the way through. Keep up the good work
I was with you when you made this short, you keep asking me if you went over the top. But the videos you shown in this are truly discussing. And somthing that i would never let my children watch. You can move past this ik you will!
It's cool that roshambo has asked Kenadian how to get his friends out of prison on one of the previous seasons o lifesteal and now Kenadian makes sure that he doesn't start making flawed prisons himself...
At this point i bet mobs with the better ai mod would be able to break into one of these bases. (They know where you are at all times and creepers are able to blow up the walls to make way for other mobs, mobs will tun away from exploding creepers etc.)
I would get this reference but my pronouns are omz/is/cool so I don’t remember watching that video (If you get this reference then you broke the hopper and found modified booster rockets and krisp’s wings but we don’t know those rockets were there BECAUSE HE NEVER BROKE THE HOPPER) ((If you get that second reference you don’t have dementia)) (((Please help I can’t stop making references)))
@@KokichusThe problem I have with Lifesteal is that it advertises itself as being unscripted and not having lore. At least the Dream SMP was transparent about being scripted.
Lifesteal isn't scripted They have general ideas for their stuff and they will discuss it with teammates but theres always a chance something will get leaked Roshambo's video wasn't faked, but some stuff was dramatized for the content. The egg wasnt a decoy, for example. It was destroyed and Branzy paid the server owner 100 dollars to get it back into the game because he felt bad for one of the players who had dedicated months to get it. It's really just about perspective, everyone interprets the story differently. If it was scripted it'd be far easier to tell, line mess ups and genuine venting wouldnt be happening on streams (see zam's twitch) etc, its not scripted, just dramatized
And like ... we also have to keep in mind the lifestealers arent the besg redstoners or the best survivors, so something like a vault like that would be a genuine challenge for them They dont have infinite retries, nor armor sets etc, its difficult because theyre pretty normal players and not dedicated prison builders etc
"In reality, the true safest base is a base millions and millions of blocks away, in bedrock level, with the terrain untouched" - A 2b2t player in a video's comment section or something "The most secure base is a hidden one." - Mumbo Jumbo, titled the best redstoner
Also on the password room there is nothing to stop you just mining though the door or down into the tnt/red stone area Edit Also using normal survival Minecraft mechanics there is no way to spawn withers without a player directly spawning it that I know of
