Yeosang was actually a top student in school especially good at math and went to a top academy. He is smart but he's spacey and easily distracted in his own world he's funny without trying
@@ubu8 he has said so multiple times in behind the scenes members in interviews in videos and magazine's and his old classmates have posted before. I feel like not many people may pay attention but this is also one of the reasons yeosang ran away from home because his parents expected him to become a teacher like his mom or a lawyer or something since he was doing do well in school .
I can relate to him. I’m smart and make straight A’s but I’ll completely zone out and get distracted a lot and I’m a little slow so it may seem I’m not smart at all
@@Lil_cinnomanroll Same. I am forever in my own world so often people have to speak to me more than once to get my attention. I can literally be sitting in front of two people having a conversation and have no idea what they're talking about because I'm not listening.
Yeosang is that one kid in the smart class who gets distracted so the teacher has to keep him in check by asking questions about the lesson to make sure he’s paying attention😂

I can see how Woosan and Mingi are loud and rowdy but actually pretty obedient and Jungho is the stubborn one, but Yeosan is still worse because he either straight up didn't listen, or he did but he's ignoring you.
I imagine that for Hongjoong, it's less that Yeosang is a problem child (like WooSan), but that he's so spacey sometimes that it gets things off track and Hongjoong can't get mad at him because he's too precious and isn't going out of his way to make things difficult. Also, as someone who was deemed a "smart kid" in school and did really well, I totally understand Yeosang because I get lost in my head a lot or completely lose the plot in the middle of something XD
How freaking absolutely GORGEOUS is Hongjoong though? I can't wrap my head around the fact that somebody can be so beautiful and flawless, the boy is perfection personified 😍
I can definitely understand Yeosang and Hongjoong lol. I'm the oldest among my friends but I'm also the one to space out the most. So I have to (mostly) play the parent while also trying to keep up with whatever they're talking abt
Even though Hongjoong is get annoying with Yeosang, but he still cannot get angry at Yeosang. Because he is Kang Yeosang! Because Hongjoong love Yeosang. Yeosang is empty head, but clever, you need to repeat when talk to him but he the most obedience and quite. He just so weird but hard working and naturally funny.

thats cos Yeosang is babied & parented by Seonghwa, its like Yeosang & Wooyoung are parented by Seonghwa, San & Mingi are parented by Hongjoong & 2ho are co-parented by SeongJoong
hmm it may depend haha. Especially bc not understanding makes it hard to follow the rules. i think in the interview Hongjoong implied Mingi was not very obedient and that Wooyung, despite teasing a lot, gets in line quicker when it is needed
He been spacey but when he focused on academics he's a straight A student, looks like this is the reason why Wooyoung said that they either succeed together or fail together. On one interview Wooyoung said that Yeosang my get easily swindled since he gets swayed by people. I love how Wooyoung keeps looking out for his bestfriend since trainee days. He doesn't want anything bad happened to Yeosang.. I'm also like Yeosang. Good with academics but an airhead with people. That's why I only have 4 trusted friends 😅
it's quite possible I def see where you're coming from! but I've definitely picked out moments that match what HJ said so it looks more frequent than it may be (and he's definitely playing it up in some clips). so just be careful about turning to meme compilations for any sort of evidence of such things since its something he hasn't disclosed either way
@@atozed true people should be very careful looking at clips of idols and inferring some type of diagnosis. It's ok to keep this type of speculation private. But there are times this stuff can be a good help. Example there was a influencer who posted lots of pictures and a keen eyed fan noticed a small spot on their eye that gets exaggerated on cameras like when a camera flash makes people eyes look red, this little spot is actually a tale tale sign of a serious disease. After this was told, the influencer went to a doctor and got diagnosed early and they were able to get treatment to reverse a potentially life altering illness. So yes though people should be very careful about speculating about an idols health. But also sometimes the speculation can be helpful, as unfortunately many types of illnesses or conditions are very unknown and rare that sometimes most people can't pick up on it very few know what to look for this includes doctors.
@@TAKIZAWAYAMASHITA I definitely understand that in general and where there may be exceptions! I think I've actually heard that influencer story before lol. But an influencer is a bit different than a comedy RU-vid who is completely unaffiliated with the celebrities in question (my channel lol) so Yeosang will likely never see this or be helped by it haha and it may just grow unfairly amongst the fans is all. There is also quite a difference between raising a medical concern for an idol vs straight up diagnosing them (op comment doesn't do that but I see it a lot). For example, saying an idol is quite skinny expressing concern for them vs actually saying they're likely going through an ED. Most of the implications people bring up for Yeosang are him being ADHD or on the autism spectrum etc. These are things that he can't really just go get checked by a doctor easily/quickly and, again, may be already be aware of and doesn't wish to share publicly. Also, since it's an ongoing long term condition that is managed rather than a physical disease that can actually be cured, something like neurodivergence is also a lot more complex to speculate on than the eye example you mention. If there is a medical concern of any kind with him, hopefully his friends/family/company look out for it and help him through it. I personally don't think it's our place as fans unless we clearly see something inhibiting his life frequently which this does not seem to and it'd be hard to tell anyways from the outside
