I played some solo acoustic yesterday for the worship service at church. I was very reluctant to do it. A lot of guilt from my past. My pastor was understanding and didn't pressure me. Needless to say, it was exactly what I needed. I got so emotional in the middle of some of the songs I almost lost it breaking down in tears. But God got me through it. And the congregation was blessed because I obeyed Him. 🙏
In service yesterday, the preacher emphasized that Jesus' sacrifice was greater than any of our sins. When you think about that, it is truly a blessing and I feel like you should hear it also. If you have truly repented and turned your heart towards God and are living for him, everything else is small. He forgives when we're sincere. And remember that God doesn't condemn, He convicts. Condemnation comes from the satan. If God said you're forgiven, then you have to find a way to live like you're forgiven. You'll find peace, joy, and growth like you couldn't imagine!
