first map is SRP Shutoku project. Its the extended shibuya area. If you have the latest version, in single player you should be able to get there, just get off at shibuya

Yes, it looks like a video game as well using SOL with potato mash clouds and the map is the SRP 9.2 build with shibuya edition added and you can have offline realistic single player AI with 2REAL traffic mod
