YFZ is mostly stock has HMF and Jetted. 400EX has a Built Motor, DG Pipe, Bigger Front Sprocket for longer gearing and is Jetted. YFZ 450 won by only a Quad Length.
My last 450 was built to a 490 and a person in my town has a 40p built to a 440 stage 3 everything fully built it never touched my yfz i wish i never sold it
Iv been offered a swap. My cr125 2002 just rebuilt her for a trx400ex. Don't know anything about them. I'm getting a LTR450 or banshee in the summer but was going to swap just to mess about on it. What you lot think
wow, you must have serious motor work done to support that cam. thats a huge cam! lol you should get a head pipe. the stock one you have is probably why the 450 won!
Don't know if you still look at the comments but do you know what compression piston he had and what cam? I'm trying to build my 440ex with a 12:1 piston and a hotcam not sure which one I want my 440ex to keep up or beat a 450 I'll eventually get a yfz but for now she'll do. Also I've heard torco octane booster works good do you know if this is true I don't want to run race gas to expensive
yeah im gong with avgas ive heard its good but would i lose power on avgas? i want power! also how do you get it Im a little bit intimidated just going to the aiport will they let me just fill up a can?
